Lambert has a history of signing players from lower league clubs. Did so at Norwich and Villa.

I think we should be looking for gems from the lower league clubs aswell from players out of favour at PL Clubs

We should but we don't. Norwich have just snapped up a kid from York and a young lad has just gone from Newport to Wolves. B*ly also had bids turned down for him. We seem to be bringing in players whose careers have stalled or are on a downward trajectory.

I don't dispute that but your suggesting we should go for players that you don't even know and hadn't seen them play?You suggested both Anderson and Washington,yet a couple of days before suggesting we sign them you didn't know them?I don't understand that.Even before the season started you wanted us to sign Sam Gallagher and you wer gutted that mk dons had signed him instead?You wouldn't have seen much of Gallagher either

We need to scouting the lower leagues for players.

I watched the football league highlights every week. Plus the football league paper every week.

Maybe we will look to sign Rico Henry from Walsall as Olsson replacement..attacking full back currently playing wing back for his team.

Anthony Modeste, Two Rovers rejects doing well...

He and Mame Diouf are the reason why I will continue to believe that Koita can offer something for us... Our fans are so quick to write players off, Modeste and Diouf were frustrating players but with the correct players are around them are good players. Koita has something for me and seeing as season is pretty much over I'd be giving him every chance to find form or loan him out to league 1.

Because it's an open forum and you only seem to post when you are having a go at that poster. There's enough following him around with a hard on as it is without you jumping on the bandwagon.

I'll take my own advice about the ignore facility.

Chaddy I agree that we should be looking for hidden gems in the lower leagues.

What I don't agree with is you suggesting we sign someone on the back of a newspaper article and 30 second highlights on the football league show.Worse still you didn't know Anderson or Washington yet you suggest we sign them

I enjoy reading chaddys contributions to the site but at the end of the day how can he suggest players he doesn't know?I'd be asking anyone else the same question,I have nothing against chaddy

In my opinion yes. He makes my blood boil abd keepers you can usually ger either cheap or even free. Perhaps a keeper might not be priority but we certainly shouldnt ve settling for Jason Steele.
