It's 9 now but the fee is really 13 as Boro will definitely go up.

Stranger things have happened than the wheels falling off a promotion bid. Look at Derby last season.

Bargain? Connor Washington cost about that! I'm not talking someone specifically 18-21 but someone who will have some sort of resale value at the end of his contract which this lad won't. If he was good enough for the championship then he'd already be playing in it but at going on 28 and 2.5 mill? I wouldn't be comfortable with that.

Hoolahan was 27 when he signed for norwich from league 1. As said relase value isnt what we need, we need players ready.

Only just got a text about this. This is true Yoda, but the problem is - if you've actually been watching games - he's nowhere near a good footballer. A good finisher yes, a good player definitely not.

Selling Rhodes is the right thing to do assuming the money is available to Lambert, but the wrong time.

Ok, I've not been posting but other members say they'll never post again and then reappear so I'll do the same. I just wanted to pick up on this comment. How many seasons had Lambert had at championship level Chaddy??? You say he's experienced at this level.

Get a grip. Weve lost better in past, shearer, sutton, cruz, beni mac, bellers. WE ALWAYS BOUNCE BACK. Coyb. Theres no hatred, rhodes is a legend. But lamberts management wont suit him just like scotland and strachan.

Sorry, I had the same thought as I pressed post :D

But, he's still the best manager (on paper) we've had since Big Sam so we've got to trust him until he's shown to be untrustworthy.

We should have asked Boro for Kike and a little less money imo, or all the money up front

apparently we're in for him on loan. Although at the moment we seem to be in for everybody
