Saying what most of us already know, Rhodes is a consummate professional, a credit to the club/shirt, but needs help on the pitch.

Lets hope Lambert can provide Jordan with help, because he's our best chance of getting into the Premiership in my opinion.

Holt has been released early from his loan spell at Wolves because they have no intention of extending it, not sure what to make of that really Chaddy.

On here in la la land maybe, back in the real world everyone's behind Lambert.

I liked Bowyer, but Lamberts a proper manager with a proper backroom team and thats going to make massive difference in the months to come.

It's just too early this season, to jump on Lamberts back. I'm not too fussed if we don't make the playoffs this season.

Next season with his own squad, with more preparation time and so on, things will fall into place. We seem to want to rush things right now, but we have to give him enough time to get us to good level.

F##k twitter, 99% bullplop when it comes to football transfers.

Transfer windows are massively frustrating these days. Any t#sser can set up a twitter account and post rumours.

Definitely think Brown has let himself down, PL gave him a few little chances and Brown was woeful!

As for the Twitter links, I'd be happy with Gayle and/or Guidetti.

Not too sure how accurate these ITK's are though.

I keep suggesting McGeehan has anyone else seen him play?

I find it difficult to get exciting about loan signings from the premier league unless there is a clause to buy. I don't feel we are in a relegation scrap but I do think top 6 has gone. If someone comes in and does well then the chances are he will stop at his parent club or get a better offer elsewhere in the summer.

Grabban and Gayle? I'd be happy if we could pull that off with or without Rhodes tbh!

If that happened alongside keeping Rhodes, colour me delighted!

doesn't score many goals but leads the line very well and contributes a lot to the team.

wouldn't mind him on loan.

The 11pm's should be very interesting! I'm not Nicko's biggest fan but he does seem to have more of the inside track on the Lambert regime!

We definitely need 2 new forward, a tricky pacey one and a strong one with good aerial ability, We need options on the bench so we can effectively change things up when Rhodes isn't getting a sniff, we need players really competing for places upfront.

Also i think we need to try and get rid of some of the chaff(at least 4/5 that id have no problem seeing the back of)

I'd like to bin Brown, Williamson, Lowe, Koita, Petshi and Delfouneso. Finding anyone to buy them may be hard though.

With the exceptions of Lowe & Koita, they're all out of contract next summer.

It's just nice to be linked with decent players again. Here's hoping we sign some players of the calibre being touted. Especially in midfield!

Not sure that Bowyer had any kind of plan that I could see.

I thought it was to get rid of everyone that had any semblance of pace or skill.
