The striker is Danny Graham from Sunderland.

The winger name is Anthony Pilkington from Cardiff.

Plus Boro want To sign Rhodes who has not fitted into Lambert's style and a 12 mil deal would give the Rovers boss cash to rebuild

All from today's Sun on Sunday

Whatever the deals are... Whoever the targets are... Let's just get them done quickly and get them settled.

Let's not mess about all month and panic at the end.

He is left footed I think.

Pilkington is also a Blackburn lad.

Well Darwen, but could that help?

It wouldn't be Rovers, if we didn't get a couple panic buys in.

Again, I'm not too fussed about this season. We need to give Lambert enough time to clear the decks, have a pre season and start fresh. This season once again, shows how poor this squad is.

It amazes me that every season, we can't put together a team capable of challenging. Yet other teams who have so called lesser players, can build a squad worthy of challenging and even promotion.

It's not just about signing players, it's about getting in players with the right attitude, who can apply themselves.

We have players with the right attitude, but the application and effort is non existent.

Calm down re Rhodes lads. Why would you sell a striker like Rhodes and replace with Graham? It would make no sense at all.

Pilkington is a match made in heaven. Quality footballer, local lad, previous exp with Lambert, Irvine and Kelly I reckon

just watching the highlights of the Sunderland vs Villa game and Graham holds the ball up very well for the 3rd goal.

Graham may be the ideal person to play up alongside Rhodes.

He loves Lambert. read his comments in The Mirror yesterday where he was full of praise of the impact he has had on his career.

It's not always that straight forward sadly. Selling clubs usually like to get someone in first before they release players. That can cause the delay and the bottle neck on last day of window.
