sharpysharps Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Interesting to see Lawrence's loan has only been extended by a month. I guess it can easily be extended again til the end of the season though when that month is complete...or Leicester might want to see him play more games before agreeing to loan him til May.

Amo Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Bennett is a little slower then Olsson amarillo.. He's been playing right back for Bristol.. So could be him and Olsson at full backs which is pretty decent Thing is, it's not like Henley is a slouch. For some reason he gets a nosebleed everytime he ventures past the half-way line.
JHRover Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I imagine its one of two possibilities. Either Leicester want to play it safe from their end, let him stay for the month and then decide at the end of that if he can stay until the summer. This will probably depend on how much he features for Rovers and what business Leicester do in January. If they are short on numbers at the end of the month or Lambert barely uses Lawrence then they can recall him. Alternatively Rovers have only asked for a month for the time being to see how he goes on, and if Lambert isn't more impressed with him by the end of the month, or if Lambert succeeds in bringing in all of his transfer targets, then we can send him back without being committed to paying him for February to May. Probably more likely to be the first of those options.
Iceman Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Perfect partner for Rhodes. Little bit of Bellamy in there. Don't think he is playing much at the moment https://youtu.be/L_UVTqBJMhs https://youtu.be/kFSHcoNRm0A
roversboy72 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 According to sky sports rovers have a greed a fee with Norwich and Bennett as agreed personal terms with the rovers
Kie_BRFC Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 You like taking the @#/? don't you Just saying I know what you look like..And we go to the same stadium ..sugar Before mods think that's a threat it's nothe. .I'm just saying will you be that cocky in real life I'd love to see you say that to my dads (abbeys) face, would be rather amusing

donnermeat Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Thing is, it's not like Henley is a slouch. For some reason he gets a nosebleed everytime he ventures past the half-way line. He's not a slouch no, but I believe his 'pace' is definitely overstated.
Kie_BRFC Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Your dad is a softie at heart man. Me and him are always going at it facebook to facebook He is, but big softie or not he's a BIG boy, aren't ya pops
Iceman Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 He is, but big softie or not he's a BIG boy, aren't ya pops but back on topic. We should go for Jermaine Defoe
AdamRochina Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I'd love to see you say that to my dads (abbeys) face, would be rather amusing Would be I agree
Reedy You're A Star Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 He is, but big softie or not he's a BIG boy, aren't ya pops But the question is, is your dad bigger than his dad?
Iceman Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 But the question is, is your dad bigger than his dad? If you referring to me, my Dad passed away, but was a little guy. Think Abbey would have eaten him up
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 He's not a slouch no, but I believe his 'pace' is definitely overstated. I think he lost a bit when he was injured.
danger19_80 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 So PL's very first signing is to be for money...if Sky are accurate. That's at the least very encouraging given the previous line about 'only loans'
Stuart Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 And even if we did go up we'd surely come down again... http://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/superfresco-wallpaper.325614/ Great point. If we are worried about not being able to get promoted because we can't keep up with the worst 3 PL teams this season. Then there's not much chance of competing with the rest.Although with the prize money on offer its chicken and egg. That said, the parachute payments alone would keep us as a buoyant championship team for a few years to come - maybe even yo-yo.

That's at the least very encouraging given the previous line about 'only loans' lets not get too carried away .. 1- its sky sports 2 - he's hardly played for his parent club in the last 2 years 3 - he's out of contract in the summer , if there is a fee its probably nominal think Gestede and Conway fee's

WhoooooshI wonder if there was a sell on clause for Nick Blackman?
Torgeir Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Whooooosh I wonder if there was a sell on clause for Nick Blackman? We sold him to Sheffield United though, doubt we will see any more money from his next transfer.
Pedro Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Whooooosh I wonder if there was a sell on clause for Nick Blackman? Probably for Kean and Anderson.
Iceman Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Bennett, Graham and Pilkington is not too bad. However, we then need to find a buyer for Brown, Delfy and Koita or something.

bluefred Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 What's happened to chamake what ever he's called ?
Spankus Munky Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 We sold him to Sheffield United though, doubt we will see any more money from his next transfer. Likely see a small 1% - 2.5% of the fee if the transfer was done how 90% of all youth players sales usually are done in British football
