OJRovers Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 It wasn't a set piece. The set piece was cleared, the ball was played back by Evans to Lawrence, who then put a cross in. Open play. Alright, sorry thought it was direct from the free kick cross in a similar area

G Somerset Rover Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 What is it with our marking?! Another guy completely free. We're doing our best to throw this away. Evans off 89 mins too late.
Lancaster Rover Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 What is it with our marking?! Another guy completely free. We're doing our best to throw this away. We've tired the last 5, I suspect down to playing with 9 plus Lawrence all game.
RevidgeBlue Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Taylor lucky he hasn't been red carded as well as he should have seen yellow for a clumsy challenge previously. Generally better and a lot more spirited second half though. Where was it Fergie was looking like he was for the chop and Mark Robbins bailed him out in an FA Cup tie? Was it Forest or Bristol City? Hopefully this is PL's "Fergie moment".
West Yorks Rover Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 558 Rovers' fans made it there tonight. Well done them.
patrickvalery Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Lambert looks furious on the sideline. Course he is. He's kicking himself for taking the rovers job when he could've waited a couple of months and had the Newport gig.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted January 18, 2016 Moderation Lead Posted January 18, 2016 Their keeper is gone.
G Somerset Rover Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Now that's cynical! PHEW Marshy has a chance here with a player in goal. Maybe not, sub coming on.
mustard Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Only a min to go so pretty harsh. Rules are rules I guess.
Jock Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Taylor lucky he hasn't been red carded as well as he should have seen yellow for a clumsy challenge previously. Generally better and a lot more spirited second half though. Where was it Fergie was looking like he was for the chop and Mark Robbins bailed him out in an FA Cup tie? Was it Forest or Bristol City? Hopefully this is PL's "Fergie moment". Its Rovers, It'll be another false dawn. Hope I'm wrong though.
hollowsr Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Why doesn't the ref just blow now? This free kick will be taken then the ref will blow anyhow
Spankus Munky Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 No red for me im afraid, Conways was going away from goal. 2 terrible decisions from the ref
Lancaster Rover Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Only a min to go so pretty harsh. Rules are rules I guess. Why harsh? Nailed on red in the first or last minute.
Tardyrover Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 We found something that second half, let's try to keep hold of it!
bazza Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 558 Rovers' fans made it there tonight. Well done them. Yes. Well done indeed. I bet Preston Blue is one of them. Also of course Sambo from Cardiff. Final score 2-1
G Somerset Rover Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 No red for me im afraid, Conways was going away from goal. 2 terrible decisions from the refBoth were sending offs, pal.We won, and we scored...2! Dog awful first half, more spirited in the second. Need 2-3 players before Charlton to ensure we don't get rolled over there.
Backroom Tom Posted January 18, 2016 Backroom Posted January 18, 2016 Get in, fantastic effort second half and well worth the victory after a stinking first half. Lambert nailed the subs and much more effort second half from all
