We could play til next Christmas and not score.

Watching this is difficult. You can see it's difficult for these players do even do the basics. Controlling the ball, passing to a team mate, running into space, it's clearly requiring more effort than it should for players at this level. In Lambert's defence it must be very hard to implement anything with a set of severely limited players.

They'll have to turn up the music loud again to drown out the boos at full time. But this is what we're currently up against. Our strikers less Rhodes club apperaences and goals:

Brown 25 0

Koilta 14 0

Lawrence 20 2

Delfouneso 15 1

That's 74 games between them (could be out of date and more) 3 bloody goals. Combine that with Rhodes who looks uninterested. And atrocious footballers relegation battle not out of question.

Not particularly angry as we actually lost by less goals than I predicted, but it's so disheartening to watch this group of players. The majority of them are at least one division higher than they should be, and need to concentrate just to do the basics right. This must be the worst team we've had in decades.

Thank god the bottom three are so bad, which will probably save us in the end. Although Bristol City beat Boro today.

Without a huge shake up in the summer we're dead certs for relegation next season, assuming we stay up this year.
