RevidgeBlue Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Another header for Rhodes this time straight up in the air and over That was Kilgallon wasn't it?
G Somerset Rover Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 We could play til next Christmas and not score.
matt83 Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Marshall is now playing his 3rd position of the game.
SoldierMo Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Jackson on think will end 1-1 with jackson the scorer
AdamRochina Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 I see Brighton scoring again before we do
Backroom DE. Posted January 16, 2016 Backroom Posted January 16, 2016 We could play til next Christmas and not score. Watching this is difficult. You can see it's difficult for these players do even do the basics. Controlling the ball, passing to a team mate, running into space, it's clearly requiring more effort than it should for players at this level. In Lambert's defence it must be very hard to implement anything with a set of severely limited players.
matt83 Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 They'll have to turn up the music loud again to drown out the boos at full time. But this is what we're currently up against. Our strikers less Rhodes club apperaences and goals: Brown 25 0 Koilta 14 0 Lawrence 20 2 Delfouneso 15 1 That's 74 games between them (could be out of date and more) 3 bloody goals. Combine that with Rhodes who looks uninterested. And atrocious footballers relegation battle not out of question.
AdamRochina Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 No one wants to fight this..show some @#/? passion Charlton next right the team that's lost 5 and now 6 nil... Putting a tenner on Charlton 1-0
G Somerset Rover Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 This is painful. We're 1-0 down FFS.
AdamRochina Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Rhodes has never looked this disinterested
G Somerset Rover Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 4 mins or somebody should resurrect that relegation thread. Brighton injury. Think that's that.
matt83 Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Only thing keeping me in this ground is to boo this pathetic show
AdamRochina Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 I hope one day we have contracts that the manager can decide on to pay or not... How can players just go through the motions but pick up a wage... It should be you play for a wage
Torgeir Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 We were a lot worse against Bolton. Lack of attacking ideas though, hoof ball and the long Spurr throw-ins still our only weapons - firing blanks atm.
booth Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 I've been optimistic up till now but this is poor.
G Somerset Rover Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 We didn't even get in their half in injury time. 1 goal in 6 games. 4 defeats in 5. Pathetic. Faith waning slightly in Lambert I'll be honest.
Spankus Munky Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Isn't it 10 games on average that a manager with previous experience lasts until Venky's sack them? Be afraid everyone
Backroom DE. Posted January 16, 2016 Backroom Posted January 16, 2016 Not particularly angry as we actually lost by less goals than I predicted, but it's so disheartening to watch this group of players. The majority of them are at least one division higher than they should be, and need to concentrate just to do the basics right. This must be the worst team we've had in decades. Thank god the bottom three are so bad, which will probably save us in the end. Although Bristol City beat Boro today. Without a huge shake up in the summer we're dead certs for relegation next season, assuming we stay up this year.
booth Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 My worry is if Lambert can really change this team. We need a couple of inspirational signings but I just can't see them happening.
SamTheShrew Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 5 points off relegation zone, joint third lowest scorers in league. Summer can't come soon enough.
sharpysharps Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Isn't it 10 games on average that a manager with previous experience lasts until Venky's sack them? Be afraid everyone I honestly wouldn't be surprised, this has the traits of the season we had Kean, Black, Berg, Bowyer & Appleton
