booth Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 5 points off relegation zone, joint third lowest scorers in league. Summer can't come soon enough. They'll sack him before then if this continues.

AdamRochina Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Mk dons and Bristol city winning... Which dumbass said we are too good to go down?
Backroom Tom Posted January 16, 2016 Backroom Posted January 16, 2016 Shocking result all of them poor apart from brown Special mentions for Rhodes and Spurr who were appalling
Backroom DE. Posted January 16, 2016 Backroom Posted January 16, 2016 Mk dons and Bristol city winning... Which dumbass said we are too good to go down? We're definitely not too good to go down. We just have to hope the three below us are worse. 21st would be a great finish at this point.
AdamRochina Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Devoid of all quality just shambolic.. Those saying brown was OK give your head a wobble I used to do what he did on a Sunday league pitch.. Just win headers? Dosent matter where they land ( most landed away from players)
booth Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 I can't stand to see some of our players faces at the moment, the lazy limp over-paid tossers. The last time I felt like this was when Kean was here and we went down. Talent you are born with but come on, have some fight and passion.
T J Hooker Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 our players maybe pretty lame on the whole, but still im afraid the manager and coaches should be getting more out of them than they have lately and his new signings don't seem much cop so far, just dire all this talk of spending big in the summer is pointless if were relagted and the manager has completely lost the dressing room.
DanielMB Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Once again the optimist went down.. No @#/? game plan...... Even the most basic skills are apparently to much to ask for from this lot. I wonder if a hypnotist can cure me from the disease of loving Blackburn Rovers
Backroom Tom Posted January 16, 2016 Backroom Posted January 16, 2016 Devoid of all quality just shambolic.. Those saying brown was OK give your head a wobble I used to do what he did on a Sunday league pitch.. Just win headers? Dosent matter where they land ( most landed away from players)Unreal At one point today he ran past 2-3 of our stationary players to close a man down and win the ball, he's the only one that did his job
islander200 Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Will this nightmare ever end.All this talk about waiting until the summer to make significant signings...I was of that thinking initially but we need some quality and fast...we are looking like a bottom 3 team
Dunnfc Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Sorry but no win in five games is awful. It's unacceptable for our club to go on a run like this. I'm afraid I'm teetering. He has the next game and should we not win he has to go for me. Wigan were in the same position with Mallky Mackey last year and in the end he took them down.
sambo Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Lambert's game plan is simple: absolutely hammer it up field. It's not bloody working! We are in desperate trouble and Charlton is must win.
AllRoverAsia Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 For what's it's worth I think they all tried...........problem being that too many are poor footballers. Having now seen Chris Brown - I have to say he's a throwback CF and nothing wrong with that. If you have to play creative at RB because the main RB is complete feckin pants how the hell do we then attack. Killgallon Jesus Wept. Stay up ... although looking more dodgy by the day..... and start again. EDIT: Hanley played well - he had too he was on his lonesome back there.

To be totally fair, I expected a relegation scrap under Bowyer too.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted January 16, 2016 Moderation Lead Posted January 16, 2016 That was horrendous. Pathetic and disgraceful from players and manager. Dreading the Newport game, we'll get done over on this form.
perthblue02 Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Devoid of all quality just shambolic.. Those saying brown was OK give your head a wobble I used to do what he did on a Sunday league pitch.. Just win headers? Dosent matter where they land ( most landed away from players) To be fair he was also doing a bit at the back as well and winning balls in midfield, only one who seemed up for it unfortunately.
AdamRochina Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Unreal Grow up So your saying a player that does what a basic footballer should do had a good game? Sunday league players did what he did today.. He Barley threatened.. Won a couple of headers that went no where..
sharpysharps Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 What on Earth has happened to Rhodes? Was the last time he scored in open play away at Leeds? A combination of extremely limited footballers with no intelligence on the pitch combined with a no nonsense (by reputation) manager that the players don't take to could get us relegated here. There is always 1 or 2 teams that drop like a stone after Christmas. Wolves did it a couple of years ago and it looks like we are doing it this season. I just can't see we're the goals will come from. It'll be interesting against Charlton next weekend, lose that and relegation is a real possibility. Is it worth a change of system? 3 at the back with a couple of wing backs, get Lawrence playing just off a couple of strikers maybe....I honestly don't know but this system certainly isn't working right now.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 I'm at a total loss to explain this downturn in form....something very wrong here behind the scenes. Very worrying.
Backroom Mike E Posted January 16, 2016 Backroom Posted January 16, 2016 So your saying a player that does what a basic footballer should do had a good game? Sunday league players did what he did today.. He Barley threatened.. Won a couple of headers that went no where.. A player that did the basics right and put the effort in doesn't deserve your ire. The rest of them do, though.
T J Hooker Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 id be happy to see most of the first team being given their marching orders(either sold or paid off) even if it means certain relagation, it would give us a completely fresh start to rebuild from the ground up. Rhodes in particular clearly does not want to be here, as good as he is on his day i think we should just cut our losses and sell him to the highest bidder before his value plummets to below 5 million
RevidgeBlue Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Unreal Grow up Neither of them were a patch on how bad Kilgallon was. You also seem to have a thing about Rhodes highlighting every time he misses a chance. People in glass houses and all that.
booth Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 My frustration with Lambert is his seeming devotion to a system that clearly isn't working. I appreciate this isn't his team but he could change it for the time being, till it is his team. It's obvious that some of these players just can't or won't play his way.
Presty On Tour Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Skill and Labour....My ass! Low on confidence and couldn't score in a brothel with a fist full of fifty's! Everyone is out of form and looked uninterested again. Worrying times.
