den Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Den used to use it on odd occasions, then GAV took to spamming the word until it lost all meaning. Yeah, Gav turned into a bunkumjunkie overnight.

Ozz Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Gav and Den have been having a Bunkum affair for some time. It`s great man.
bob fleming Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Den used to use it on odd occasions, then GAV took to spamming the word until it lost all meaning. Bit harsh that Amo, I've always liked the word, it's up there with wazzock as far as I'm concerned. Special words that shouldn't fall into the general drudgery and haberdashery of the day to day language often employed on this messageboard. Anyway, 3-1 tomorrow. Ward and Graham to score along with Rhodes.
Husky Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Brown must be livid! He was a shoe-in to score his first against "Can we play you every week?" Charlton!!!! 3 points guaranteed! 1-3.
Mike Graham Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Will we win....bunkum It will be cold.....take a haberdashery blanket and a hot toady Will today be our turning point? I predict a fockup
Backroom Madon Posted January 23, 2016 Backroom Posted January 23, 2016 STEELE MARSHALL HANLEY WARD SPURR TAYLOR AKPAN EVANS CONWAY GRAHAM RHODES 3 - 1 Rovers, Rhodes x2 and Graham.
Pedro Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Olsson over Spurr any day but I doubt he'll play. Does Bennett play right wing back? I've no faith in Henley but think that Marshall's belief is coming back again so I want to see him higher up. Conway needs a performance and we need a win.
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 STEELE MARSHALL HANLEY WARD SPURR TAYLOR AKPAN EVANS CONWAY GRAHAM RHODES 3 - 1 Rovers, Rhodes x2 and Graham. Is that team really the best we can do ? The midfield is beyond lightweight. I don't think Taylor is a starter, certainly not out wide. Conway and Evans aren't playing well and Akpan's not really a creative player. We're crying out for at least one of those sort of players that consistently get up with the two strikers. A new Dunny would be great.
Claytons Left Boot Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 We're going to spunkem. Two-Nil to the lads. Minus six or so here in snowy Krakow. An Irish bar beckons this afternoon. Goodbye bunkum, hello spunkem. ☃☃
Mike Graham Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Only one place for you CLB.....the salt mines.

Personally I would play Olsson over Spurr but can't see Lambert doing that. Bennett has been useless so far and Taylor always puts in a shift so he would get the nod for me. Evans and Akpan are, in my opinion, far and away the best CMs we have.
Claytons Left Boot Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Only one place for you CLB.....the salt mines. Ha! I did a morning's labour in the salt mines yesterday. And edit, when I posted earlier it was minus thirteen! COYB!

I agree about Evans when he's on form but at the moment he's not.
JBiz Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 I agree about Evans when he's on form but at the moment he's not. Hasn't he only played in the Newport game since forest? I'm not 100% but I seem to remember us starting Guthrie and Akpan.
Speedie Dived Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Weirdly think we are heading in the right direction but we all know we will get done 1-0 today .
matt83 Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Early on in the season about the same time we beat them 3-0 and think Preston also thumped them one of the pundits said anyone that finished lower than Charlton will be relegated. I agreed with it then from what I saw and nothing's changed my mind since. So even though it's away and we've been terrible today should be 3 pts minimum. Anything but 3 points and make no mistake we are in and will be sucked in to a relegation fight.
donnermeat Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 I also have a feeling Graham is going to bag today...
Amo Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Ah, the usual misplaced hubris that precedes a fall. I'll go for a scrappy 1-0 win.
Doug Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Desperately need a win with the horrible run of fixtures looming in February. Steele Marshal Hanley Ward Conway Bennet Akpan Evans Lawrence Graham Rhodes Not heard if Duffy is fit enough so play Ward if he isn't. Will have my usual bet on the opposition to ease the pain! Come on Rovers, give me some ammo for the dingle at work on Monday!
LewisF Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Conway at LB? Could be interesting Steele Marshall Hanley Ward Spurr/Olsson Bennett Akpan Evans Conway Rhodes Graham
J*B Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 6-0 Rovers. Steele Ward Hanley Duffy Marshall Akpan Evans Conway Lawrence Rhodes Graham
LewisF Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Graham to score 6 on his first appearance lol! Imagine
OJRovers Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Hope the new boys give us some mental toughness that has been missing of late. This squad has been in comfort mode for too long. Rhodes and Graham to spark a partnership: 2-0 Rovers
