I know I have said similar in the past but in my job there becomes a time with underperformance that you question "will vs skill" or "conduct vs capability"

Does your team have the skill and capability to achieve what you are asking them to do?

If thats a no then you need to coach them to get there, some won't ever get there and need to be shipped out.

If the answer is yes, they do have the skill and capability then you potentially enter a different realm.

They are using the conduct/will angle and basically choosing not to do whats required, dangerous!

So am I. Maybe protesting about the tougher training methods. If so, get rid and get some players in.
