Just saw him in full tracksuit doing sprints.

Yeah nailed on he is going imo. A big problem because Spurr just isnt good enough and Olsson is about the only genuine pace we have in the team.

Actually my bad- it was Bennett. Looks realy similar from a distance.

We've been @#/?. Taylor off Bennett on.

Somewhat ironically if we had played the Judges strengths we would have been playing to Rhodes strengths at the same time.

To be fair, whenever Judge was given a chance he didn't take it.

He only started half-a-dozen games, yet perennial underperformers like Lowe & Hanley would get picked every week without fail.

Was sold over Bowyer's head. He would have kept him.

Don't rise to the bait Speedie, same old posters digging away

So when Bowyer stood there before Judge left and said Alan just wants to play but we can't guarantee him that so he's going to try somewhere else which we understand. He was fibbing ?

He just didn't fit the way GB wanted to play that's the top and bottom of it.

Surprised he got enough power on it for it to go that far...

Well he is hardly going to say I didn't want to sell him did he?

I agree, but that's exactly what he did with Cairney though in fairness.

Wasn't it more a case that Bowyer wanted to keep him as a squaddie, but reluctantly agreed to let him leave to find first-team football?

I remember the lad going on a mazy dribble and running the ball out of play under no pressure in one game. The crowd round us weren't impressed. Forgot who it was against.

Never go back in football as elsewhere. It's a basic rule.

Pilkimgton scores again. This time for his own team. :D

This is more like it.

Why would they let him bring him back then just sell him over his head and why didn't that happen with a few others until TC ? Makes no sense at all, he must have ok'd it as around that time he seemed to have a free hand and we constantly got told Bowyer had the say on ALL transfers.

Can't have it both ways.

Yeah that's probably it. Good assessment. We do forget one thing, he had a chance every day in training to impress
