Ripley and Wilcox - legends. Parkes looks well @#/? off. Pearce doesn't look any different. Kenna's grin is ridiculous and his barnet. Alan Wright was the one I struggled remembering who he was. Good right back though.

I was in " Watches of Switzerland " on King Street, Manchester today browsing their stock. I became aware of a man and a woman chatting to the sales assistant behind me. The sales assistant asked the guy to spell out his name for an invoice. The guy said W A R H U R S T. I looked around and it was the same Paul Warhurst that played for us. He was walking with a stick and he was chatting to the sales assistant about knee injuries and treatments.

I said " Have you played a bit of football then ? " He said, " Just a bit ". I replied " Yeah, I saw you play, thanks for the memories ".
