At the game and it looks like we've given up on formations, no shape al all. This lenihan is awful, completely useless. We're winning and playing well, Fulham not interested

Surely Lenihan can't be worse than the other central midfielders we've got? Not saying that as a ringing endorsement, but at least he's got the potential to improve with a bit of match time. I'd rather give young lads like Lenihan a chance as opposed to Williamson.

Why do we have a game only a few days before the Hammers clash, but West Ham get a free week to rest and recover? How in the world is that fair?

Personally I don't think it really works like that. Our game after the Boxing Day rest was appalling.

Plus, I keep hitting this theme - but seriously if a professional sportsman can't play 2 games a week then something is SERIOUSLY wrong. Maximum 48 hours to recover.

What a good half

To sum it up the angriest man in Blackburn (bbe upper shouts a lot) has only been able to shout about Steeles kicking.

Brown has been brilliant and we haven't given them an inch; big ask to keep up the intensity now but if we can we should see this out.

Hopefully we keep it up and then bring Watt on against tired legs later on.

Sounds like a good half. Come on you blues.

As Private Eye would say, shome mistake shurely ?

Good half that.

I'm starting to think of Brown as a poor man's Robbie Savage. Bit of a stretch to call him brilliant.

Always nice too to see a player being subbed because he's being turned inside out by the opposition. And he's not wearing blue and white.

Brilliant for brown! Maybe not techinally but he's been closing down all over the pitch, doing ugly work very very well.

Good half overall. Bennett has been the best he's been so far since joining. Marshall at the centre of everything again, Brown has worked hard and put himself about a lot, but he's still Brown. I've been impressed with the pressing from our lads. We need to keep it up though, there's no chance Fulham will be that bad in the second half!
