It's the going rate in England I'm afraid, you seem to have a bit of a bee in your bonnet about pricing but ultimately anything is going to cost a lot of be transported to South Africa and factoring exchange rates, etc. Unfortunately that is the way of the world and part and parcel of supporting a club who doesn't export masses of merchandise.

No it can be cheaper... £100 for a jacket is madness, no matter what currency it is. I dont have to buy it sure, but bloody hell its still a rip off to most people. I can tell you now, what it costs to make, and what the club pays for it at cost and all other taxes is alot less than what they sell it for. The profit margins are huge in clothing in general, and i know because i work for a clothing cmpany and can see what they pay for things.

There's a computer mock up going around on the internet of the new shirt. I don't know how accurate it is, it looks like someone has done it on their computer, but it features the blue and white diagonal stripe down to the sponsor and then the rest is all black/very dark blue.

I've got to say if that is the away shirt it is very nice indeed, one of the best in my opinion. I'm sure someone will find it and post it on here.

The colour of the shirt is Galaxy which is the same colour as West Ham's third shirt last season.

uhmm, not too keen was hoping for a variation on the previous navy blue umbro away kit with centre stripes, from the official preview and the home kit trim thought it would look something like this

Now that would be nice :) did Man City not have something like this at one point?

This is Galaxy blue

Liking them both ! The shortened "sash" appeals to me more ..this second mock up maybe just a tad too "busy"..?

Looking at the preview, it does look to be a dark blue/navy blue colour again. Dont see the point in that, unless as per your pic Perth, that blue and white runs right down the front.

Depends though. The sash would probably run a piece at the top and piece below the sponsor. So a broken sash.

Besides, all you miss world fans will love the sash design, without admitting your secret fantasy :D
