One of my favourite games, but not necessarily best performance was beating Pompey at home in the season we last got promoted. We went 1-0 down quite early and struggled getting back into the game. The league was pretty tight at the time and we really needed to win to get automatic promotion. We ended up winning 3-1, with 3 goals in the last half hour. One of those games where you could feel the stands shaking as the goals went in.

That was a great game, forgotten about that. Marcus Bent got one of the goals and I recall being really chuffed for him as he'd not scored many in the few games preceding that despite him working his gonads off for us.

Best - Rovers 7- Spurs 2. Worst ? There's been plenty. Rochdale 3-Rovers 1 in the semi final of the old League Cup takes some beating but there are more.

The defeat against a relegated Forest in '99 sticks out, virtually guaranteed that we'd go down as well.

Sam sticking Samba up front against Liverpool and us getting gubbed 4-0 is another memorable one.
