This has been a very poor week for the fans forum.

First of all whoever sent out those series of tweets on Tuesday which attempted to throw poor Savio under the bus needs to be bought to task, they sounded as though they were tweeting on behalf of all of the other members and were uncomfortable to read especially as Savio was really responding to something that had already been posted on this forum. This was then further compounded by the tweet suggesting that a full consultation would take place with affected fans which was clearly not the case and I know people at the club are not happy about this. These issues need to be dealt with properly as otherwise the forum will lose credibility with the fans and the club.

This whole moving the family stand issue has been handled extremely badly by the club but it just is another example of the totally disfunctional executive structure at Ewood Park. Until we don't get that sorted out it does not matter who we hire as manager as the club cannot move forward.

The big shame is that the poor handling of the FS issue has taken over what is yet another excellent season ticket offer. Shame the football and the way the club is run doesn't match up.

TEAM UP. SUCCEED TOGETHER.

Horrendous slogan. We cant even rely on them these days!

Please can someone summarise what was insinuated about Savio ?

He's a jovial bloke and Rovers means a great deal to him.

The tweets have now been deleted from the fans forum twitter account but basically insinuated that "a member" (obviously Savio) had gone rouge and posted information which had caused the FF and the club a great deal of distress and broke confidences.

It was all codswollop as Savio was only reacting to something that had already been posted on here. It was just embarrassing that someone would do that to some like Savio who cares deeply about the club and accuse him of something like that without establishing the facts.

I'm not surprised he had gone Red, I would have been too. I didn't know you spoke French by the way Kamy. :)

Spoke to Savio a few times and he really cares and wouldn't do anything to jeopardise. Absolutely shameful.

Ironically, and unrelated, in the current climate, Rovers fans rely on people going rogue to uncover truths.

I always imagined the Fans Forum to be a clique and I honestly don't know what they do or who they represent. I am certain that the vast majority of Rovers fans don't even know they exist (as I didn't until their ill fated trip to India).

I've no idea who is on it either but clearly people should not stay on it longer than a season. It should be one year max then others that are interested should join. It should be a place for the supporters to get their views across and the club to float ideas. Nothing should be secret, it should not be seen as some sort of weird privileged position, they should have a clear role and a clear aim. Looking from the outside it looks like some sort of strange closed shop, we are back to all this rubbish about ITK.

The Secretary of the FF is completely straight and an honest broker.

I can't comment on the rest apart from SteB and he is lovely.

What about Mr Corry, he is a good guy.

Is savio the one being referred to on here as "sad" ? By a ff member?

What about Mr Corry, he is a good guy.

I don't know the chap.

As for the remit of the FF it is to discuss the temperature of the pies, the speed of beer serving and the colour of the toilet paper. You are not allowed to criticise the Club and the Venkey's must be referred to as "our masters".

The toilet paper will always remain Claret and Blue, no matter what!

So if you do want a family stand ticket you have to ring or go to Ewood you can't do it online

Fancied a look to see what seats are free

I'd like to join the FF to see what we are up against. I may be black-balled, after a couple of meetings.

And one of them has the nerve to criticise posters on here as an"enemy of the club".

I don't think the FF comes out of this well at all to be honest, and the attempts to throw Savio under the bus were very poor imo.

Re Ewood Spark, I think he said to Glen Mullan that 'he had blood on his hands' because he led the protests. Whether trolling or not, I thought that was unbelievable. Though, it's not the first time that poster has made himself look like a fool. I can only assume he's doing it for a reaction as some of the things he's come out with have been outrageous.
