Duffy should play up front, at least he gets on the end of crosses. He had 3 or 4 of our chances again by the looks of it.

Why play Duffy up front when we have Browny giving his all for the team.

People on here have short memories. It was only a few months ago that Browny had a really good chance at Ewood. Sure, he hit row Z with the goal at his mercy but since then he has gone close to touching the ball numerous times and has been in the opposition box almost every game he has played.

We are obsessed with how many goals he has scored and the fact that he hasn't yet been able to contribute but it's easy to forget he's only been at the club for 2 years. We are so much more impatient than we were in the past.

Lambert has been paid millions to spot a player and who are we to question his decision that Browny is worthy of a starting place in our 1st team?

All you knockers will be laughing on the other side of your faces when he starts to receive passes, has shots or begins to move nearer to finding space.

Reportedly, a number of sides are keeping tabs on him and if we don't start to support him and find a way to understand our Premier League manager's belief in him, he'll end up going for a pittance, leaving us with the prospect of signing a striker who can play, and score, at this level.

You have been warned.

Paul Lambert: "It was one of the poorest games I've seen in a while. But their keeper has kept them in it." That about covers it. #rovers

This was Wolves third consecutive 0-0 draw at Molineux, the first time that has happened since 1899.

Just thought I'd throw that one in. :rover:

We aren't going to end up with that idiot from PSG Ibrahimovic are we? He is likely to be available on a Bosman from what I hear and getting him in to replace Brown, would be just stupid. I despair, I really do.

He'd turn us into a laughing stock with that bob in his hair, no thanks.

He looks like a sissy.

The Riversiders will never take to him, it's a non starter !

Good ol' fashioned, working class, flat cap, salt of the earth types. There's no airs and graces in the Riverside!

They won't want "that sort" here!

Now that big, fancy Jack Walker Stand lot on the other hand...

Speaking of flat caps look at the guy slightly left to the centre. :D

Too many players in flip flops today. The two notable exceptions were Hanley and Duffy who were really good. We could have nicked it at the death but in all honesty this game had 0-0 written all over it from early on.

How Lowe and Kilgallon play?

Dreadful game of football. Players on both sides looked to have their minds on the beach rather than playing out the last few games of the season. On the evidence of this match both sides look to be relegation candidates next season. Awful game!

A good summary. Who needs a 10+ paragraph match report when you can say it in 3 sentences.

It was an awful game with very little quality but I thought the players in the main put a shift in.

Gomez was at the heart of most things, linked the play up well, but very little in the final 3rd.

I agree with arbitro, Hanley and especially Duffy had good games. Duffy is all over the pitch, a real talent in the making for me. Yes he makes mistakes but he'll get better, and at some stage we'll struggle to keep him, especially if he scores a few more.

Preston Blue said 720 Rovers in attendance, good effort for an end of season game.

They were both ok. Lowe will take some games to get up to speed but to his credit he lasted ninety minutes. Kilgallon at times looked lost at left back but didn't let anybody down.
