How about an alternative to the lets not go to Ewood suggestions?

Why don't we pack the god damned place out to the rafters? Bring back all our long lost fans, mates and more mates and show these clueless dickheads just what they could have had if they had not been such amateurs ? More fans in the ground means a much louder and prouder protest and will no doubt have a better effect than say 10000 fans.

Just a suggestion the message would be loud and very clear. Decked in flags, banners and blue and white send the right message to the owners.

Just a thought....

For me, it would be good to have two games featuring the opposite extremes.

One game we stage a mass boycott, followed by a game where every Tom, Dick and Harry is brought along to pack out as much of the ground as possible.

On one hand showing we are opposed to Venky's and on the other showing what Ewood could be like with the right ownership.

It said on Talksport last night he has described himself as "a one man revenge mission" intent on taking the Club into the conference.

We think we've got problems but blimey.......

That is an utter disgrace, shocking stuff.

How about a mass half time walk out.The efforts of the team this season have in my opinion been 'half arsed' so what better way to show our dissatisfaction.

Surely NOBODY was planning on staying behind to applaud this dross side anyhow?......

Yeah bringing in an annual ownership renewal test would be good (and could be voted upon by season ticket holders at each club) but would make too much sense for the Football League. Yet happy to bow to UEFA and bring in the poisonous FUP.

One day someone like Oyston really will push someone too far. This is a controversial thing to say but I see the day coming when a fan murders a player, manager, owner, etc in this country. Its not my battle to fight at Blackpool but I empathise with them.

Steady on old chap. This is a bit of a recurring theme on some of your posts is it not?

Not doubting the motives of the Blackpool fans, but playing devil's advocate, the more they protest the more it eems to antagonise Karl Oyston. It said on Talksport last night he has described himself as "a one man revenge mission" intent on taking the Club into the conference.

We think we've got problems but blimey.......

No consolation to them but at least they have an idea of his intentions and are making life difficult for him. It's an all out war there or not far off and it's going to have a real messy end for one side or the other.

As for us it's the invisible enemy who are too stupid to realise they are not far from killing the club. Or maybe there is a touch of spite developed over there as well.

Karma?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3563905/Blackpool-chairman-Karl-Oyston-facing-police-probe-perjury-allegations-libel-case-against-fan.html

Its says so much about the 'Fit and proper person test' when Owen Oyston is allowed to own a football club

Oystons have just been granted planning permission to build a ' Health Village ' on their Whyndyke Farm site. Same site Karl Oyston fly tipped waste from Bloomfield Road.

Well done to Brett Ormerod for having his testimonial at AFC Fylde new ground. A snub to Oyston.

if someone was prepared to take this task on, it would almost certainly grab headlines. As many current and old season ticket holders, pay the price of the season tickets (when released) into and Escrow account, earmarked for new owners. It is done on the basis that we are prepared to back the club, with our money, but not prepared to back the owners. The money is held and will be released to new owners, to purchase season tickets from them, once Venky's depart. This way, we starve the owners of money and granted we pay our season ticket fee for no product for now. The Ground is empty on Match day, Venky's are forced to pull the plug, as it is effectively a vote of no confidence. Granted we go into administration have 12 points deducted and are relegated next season. We will go down anyway, with the way things are looking, so we start next season in league one. This scenario is not as bad as the Hereford United situation (Read the thread to understand) but does give us a fighting chance.

It will take one hell of a lot to organise, but will be unique. Fans support the club financially, but not the owners. imagine the headlines!

Class idea. I'd be well up for that.

Long thought that the LT should be doing a lot more. Here's a post from regrover in the LT comments section in response to a comment that Venkys wouldn't speak to the LT.........

"They would have to speak to the Liverpool Echo, if say, they owned Liverpool or Everton. The Echo would not take no for an answer, they would camp on their door step, they would delve into every aspect of their lives , and motives for owning the club. They would scrutinise the accounts. They would expose Andersons dealings. They would reveal Venky's inept ownership. In other words, they would make their lives a complete misery. The Liverpool Echo have fried bigger fish than Venky's. The South Yorkshire Police Force, H.M Government of the UK, Our justice system, The Sun Newspaper, Rupert Murdoch, BBC, The entire establishment, all to get at the truth over Hillsborough. Not to mention Hick and Gillette, the useless owners of Liverpool.

Exposing Venky's would be no problem to the Echo.

But of course they are a proper regional newspaper, with proper journalist. The LT, by comparison are useless. The LT have let the people of Blackburn down. With a proper, strong press, the situation at Rovers would be no where as bad as it is. I have had dealings with LT Editor Kevin Young, he is spineless and useless."

WELL @#/? SAID.

Haven't had a season ticket for a few years now and no intention of getting one next season, but would defo be on board with this idea.

Would need to be handled professionally by someone with a finance background, Dan Grabko as MCMC has mentioned, if he is willing.

I'm dumb. I remember it being explained a long time ago but what's an escrow account.

Example: An escrow (account) is a financial instrument (e.g. cash in a bank account) held by a ''Third party'' on behalf of the other parties involved in a transaction. The funds are held by the escrow service until it receives the appropriate written or oral instructions or until obligations have been fulfilled by the other involved parties.

Not too sure how to PM Dan Grabko, but I know he has the expertise to sort this. It is a BIG 0% Venky's 100% Rovers there to it and as I have already started will grab the headlines. Can someone advise how I PM Dan or if anyone is happy to send it to him on my behalf, I am fine with that.

That's exactly why I suggested it. This can be done with the money kept safe until we have new owners. Venky's get Zero, the club get 100%. We have season ticket holders with no season ticket and an empty ground. So long as people are prepared their money for the future good of the club and not for entry into games for now, we are on to a winner.
