I believe that what Lambert wanted 15-20 mil transfer budget plus wages for the new manager.

Alan Nixon has said this last week that what Lambert wanted!!!

It wouldn't surprise me if Lambert asked for 15-20m, the squad is the worst I've ever known, it needs massive investment.

The Rhodes money is half that, but the fools in Pune have never seen the bigger picture, so its more massive losses, probably relegation and repeat...

The next appointment will tell us if the owners still have any interest left in the Club. There are imo various grades of potential appointment:

1) Paul who?

Moyes, Pearson, Grayson

2) Jury slightly out but wouldn't be unhappy with

Sherwood, Holloway

3) Tanks should be rolling onto the white house lawn

Dunn, Jewell, Judan Ali, Irvine/Kelly, Bowyer, Clement, Eric Black etc.

As a result Jack Siht is now straight in at 3/1 on Skybet.

How the hell Paul Jewell even gets a mention is extremely worrying, not only that but he's favourite.

is he a relation to diddly squat?

why ? they appointed a real promotion savvy manager and let him go after 6 months...

At this stage, Irvine/Kelly would be the least worst option.

We haven't got any

Of which Lambert doesn't reckon either want it

Managers won't work for free though. If they're unemployed, I'd say it's better for them to get something rather than nothing. I doubt Sky pay as well as a manager's job.

Exactly Gav.

We need investment big time

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

words sometimes fail me but chaddy do you not see how we are at the moment.

I'll be honest, if someone bothered me that much I'd put them on ignore. It ain't worth it Abbey. (I agree with what you're saying to Chaddy btw!)

That's why it'll be a cheap option

Everything is pointing one way as soon as Myers was put on gardening leave and something Lambert came out with after Myers said he was resigning

There's more to this than meets the eye

I'm not a massive Lambert fan but this is the only time since big Sam we've had a proven management team for me it was there last throw of the dice and got PL here under slightly false promises

This club is rotten to the core and unless they put in place a proper board structure with authority it will only get worse and don't mention this Pasha character

Results and performances didn't suggest he was a promotion savvy manager though did they? Barely any better than Bowyer's.

For a spell around Feb we started picking up and we started looking like with a decent few additions along with sorting the loanees out then just maybe just maybe

But then something imo happened behind the scenes directors leaving and the massive debts announced

Sad to say it but dingles are the blueprint for how to maintain a club that is inbetween premier league and championship. They've had to sell star strikers every year... Rodriguez, Austin, Ings and still come back for more the next year. Got Dave Jones playing well. Michael Keane. We are a shambles compared to them.

It won't be 15-20 mill + wages then. Nixon is rarely right and when he is it's a co-incidence only.

Better than Bowyers with Bowyers squad FFS. Bowyer had 3 years. Lambert had 6 months.

You never were this bitter you know.
