Now that its pretty much confirmed that they really dont have any serious ambition to get promoted anytime soon and also the fact that they cant be making any profit from the club(even if they sell all the players it would barely put a dent into what they owe the bank) the threads question is more pertinent than ever.

It seems clearer now more than ever that the club has been propped up by the parachutes and probably debt which finds it's way onto the books of VLL. Now the 'chutes have stopped and the ceiling has been reached on the debt it's operation vast scale down. Ironic that now the club needs their funding more than ever before they are closing the hatch, although I reckon the bank will be doing that and maybe that's really why everything needs approval from over there.

The recent players sales plus whatever comes in next will fund the club for a bit longer but sooner or later we'll still need outside cash. What then ?
