Pedro Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 It's almost as of the club are forcing my hand not to renew. If they employed an experienced manager, or had a plan, or sought to acknowledge the fans, or made common sense decisions, at the least were prepared for things or organised, then I would see it as a chink of light or hope. They seem to be doing the complete opposite and I can't bear to sit through it any more.
ABBEY Posted May 18, 2016 Author Posted May 18, 2016 heart breaking..and NO light at the end of the tunnel.
Proudtobeblue&white Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 I'm out, re: ST shambles - the club is an insult to its fans.
onlyonejackwalker Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 My lads at University in Newcastle, my mum passed away. Selected the games to attend on my own last year, didn't go to any away matches, didn't enjoy many matches at home sat freezing cold on my own in a morgue, watching people with zero affinity to our club earning a fortune. It is now a very poor quality product indeed and I will not be renewing my season ticket. I do however fancy going away a tad more as the fans so doing retain some humour and a lasting passion I have forgotten this last few years. I have not struggled reaching this decision. It won't be a wrench. I can't follow anyone else, but might watch Bamber Bridge United now and then.
MCMC1875 Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 Away games only for me. ....and Stanley. Enjoyed the Stevenage game, the banter, the atmosphere and the terracing - Bloody good.
Rover_Shaun Posted May 19, 2016 Posted May 19, 2016 but might watch Bamber Bridge United now and then. Watched them vs Salford 18 months ago. Nice little ground and you can stand with a pint in your hand. Football in a cricket club atmosphere
