It's me, just got the email from Pune, I can pick from Gav, Stuart, Leonard, Chaddy, Preston Blue or Abbey as second in command, I wanted all of them, but me budget is £50 first week rising to the minimum Pune wage in week three, 50p. I've said we'll think about it?

That reminds me of a really nice foreman I used to work for. He was soft hearted and wouldn't sack anybody face to face. If he wanted you to leave he'd get your toolbox and put it next to the clocking in machine ! That meant you had to go.

One guy just picked his toolbox up and returned it to it's place on his bench. Nothing happened right away but eventually they got a foreman from another department to sack the guy.

Derbyshire is popular and getting on a bit. Jon Stead, we liked him once. Both Freidal and Lucas Neill are broke.

I think you're spot on here. For all other positions they have just said other people will take over the duties in addition to their own so why would it be different for the manager? They will see that we have a coaching team in place and just let them carry on.

Nixon was acting like it was a surprising but decent choice the other day. Picking another rookie would be an absolute disaster, especially a man who said he doesn't like management.

The manager has got a lot to sort out like players contracts, looking a potential signings, talking to potential targets agents, getting his backroom team together, sorting out pre season
