Re what everyone is saying about the fan tweeting that to the owners, there's more to him than meets the eye if you know what I mean? PM me if you don't and I'll clear it up for you!

Its got to be a p1ss take, people are alluding to who it is, I'd like to know, that may explain it

meanwhile just to get back on thread..........nobody seems to have come up with anything either way today. What are the jungle drums saying out there??

I am beginning to fear the worst . My only glimmer is that the reason the manager situation hasn't gone anywhere is because there is something going on with Senece .Straws and clutching spring to mind.

We getting upset and angry for the wrong things here. We should be getting angry at Venkys, not a bloke who really nobody should get upset with. If that was Chaddy or Vinjay(just and example), fine rip into them, they should know better. But Mr Evans? Seriously, we have bigger problems than a bloke who doesnt know better.

I think it's fair to say Vinjay has spoke previously about suffering from conditions similar to Mr E, yet has taken some harsh words both on here and Twitter also. If we are affording people some flexabilability and leniency (which I would agree with entirely) then the same must be extended to Vinjay.

I only posted to try and restore some normality and put water on the flames Mr E has started on social media today. I would genuinely be worried for his safety if people didn't know him and had to listen to him singing We Love You Venkys after a day on the beer. I trust that anybody with a relationship of trust with Mr E will have a quiet word and maybe suggest a less vocal approach.

Jesus its a messageboard, take everything with a big pinch of salt, and if you put your life on social media you deserve everything you get in my opinion.

But we digress...

Best way to stop MR E's nonsense is to ignore anything he incites.

I would say I feel sorry for him, but I don't.

Everyone has issues of varying degrees.

It's recognising them and seeking remedies that are needed.

Yeh but why are people going mental over it Gav? Everybody know Evans and his ways, but for fans to go crazy as if Venkys will use that to their advantage is just ridiculous.

Why even stress about it? Its a crazy situation, and its as if the fans are just going out to look for something to start an argument about.

Anyway, its gone off topic again, but we all know Venkys are going to play hard ball over any sale.. We all knew that was coming, so best to enjoy the Euros coming up and whatever happens will just happen.. But its clear, if Venkys dont accept, the fans will certainly not let it go.

His naive videos which were he makes a fool of himself are one thing. He gets a free pass because of his 'issues' in fact, he was starting to become a bit of a cult hero because of them - even if some of the plaudits were rather patronising.

Sending messages to Venkys and copying Rovers (let's face it, Twitter is just 140 letter emails that the world can see) saying that the fans think they are great is something completely different and he needs to know that he has made a mistake. Issues don't excuse ANY behaviour, Isgak.

Seneca really just need to take a step back and put a plan together for administration, when it happens.

There is nothing more certain than these rockets taking us down. They struggle with even making basic decisions. You have to wonder how they manage to get dressed in the morning.

Seneca will just need to be our safety net, when it happens.

Another reason for their ignorance could be the fact that bids are expected for players, there's fees to be gathered so I doubt they'd walk away or take a back seat when there might be one last bleed. Had it been Sept and Hanley. Marshall and maybe Duffy had been sold they might just have given the proposal the once over !

I've often thought they portray this air of confusion on purpose, it buys plenty time.

I understand what you saying Stu, but i dont see why people are getting so worked up over him. They know what he does on facebook etc, but if only that anger can be directed at venkys, then that should be where its at.

Right now, the fans need to worry more about Venkys not selling or taking the offer of Seneca, than a bloke who has issues on facebook.

I was thinking about this yesterday, but was thinking that maybe the fans should approach Seneca and let them handle their season ticket money etc, and once Venkys give up, their money is safe.

but i agree, think the Ians need to look at managing things and have a plan in place once we eventually go into administration. I think, we are lucky to an extent, that Seneca are pretty clued up with things like that, so maybe they just need to bide a bit of time, time we dont have, but something will have to give

The two aren't seperate though when some bloke on Fb is messaging Venkys telling him how great they are? Do you think Venkys know, or their advisors care, about his issues, or his published support for them?

It would speak more strongly if even said person wanted them out because of what they have done and continue to do to his club rather than him still thinking/pretending all is well.

We going to go into circles with Evans Stuart.

Lets rather keep this on topic, because now we going to drift away from the purpose and thats to get rid of Venkys.

Venkys really is the Devil, leading us all in the wrong direction, and making us fight and argue with each other

For those who can't access the link:

The Rovers Trust is backing a credible bid to save Blackburn Rovers from its steady decline.

The Trust has been in discussions with - and has been kept informed by - fellow Rovers fans who are partners at Seneca, the independent investment management and corporate advisory business, over its latest attempt to help the Ewood Park club. Seneca’s approach is aimed at implementing operational control and putting an experienced football management structure into the club, which brings operating costs under much-needed control and ensuring the majority of any new capital is invested in the playing squad rather than funding previous or ongoing losses.

The approach also sought to offer an opportunity for Venky’s to benefit from an upside in the event the turnaround in fortunes is a success.

Seneca and the Rovers Trust have been in talks for several years with both organisations believing each has an important role to play in a future ownership structure at Ewood Park.

However, these discussions have intensified in recent weeks as the club’s financial state has been revealed to be worse than ever.

We reported earlier this year the club has more than £100 million debt, 90% of which is owed to the owners who will need to subsidise Rovers with an estimated further £20 million in 2016-17 just to stay in business.

Senior management positions have not been filled, Rovers is one of the few remaining clubs in the country still to announce season ticket details and prices for next season and there is the uncertainty surrounding the appointment of a new manager.

At the same time as supporting the Seneca bid, the Trust has been making its own separate efforts to get the owners to engage with the fans.

So far, neither the Rovers Trust nor Seneca has had a meaningful or positive response from India. The implication is that Venky’s simply do not want to engage with the customers and corporate supporters of Blackburn Rovers.

It is a communications and marketing disaster and the owners’ refusal to engage with supporters – their only customers - is slowly killing Blackburn Rovers.

The 2016-17 season is shaping up to be one of the worst in living memory. The squad has been systematically dismantled and there is no manager, the club having allowed Paul Lambert to walk away disillusioned at the way the club is being run.

Although you can never predict what will happen in football, there is a real danger we will be in a relegation battle from the start, played out in front of the lowest crowds seen at Ewood Park since the pre Jack Walker days.

The Rovers Trust believes the Seneca bid, allied to a structured, positive PR campaign to re-engage with supporters, is the best way forward to save the club.

Working side-by- side, The Rovers Trust and Seneca will begin the process of filling those stands again, giving supporters a reason to believe there is a future for Blackburn Rovers
with the fans a respected and integral part of it.

We will keep the pressure on the owners until we have a say in the running of our club either with them or without them.

Can someone enlighten me? Who is this Mr E and what's he doing that is so outrageous?

Lead singer of the 'Eels'? not sure what he's done to upset Rovers fans though, maybe he likes Venky's Xpress?
