McClarky Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 That game against Derby in 87 was a classic. 3-1 win against the league leaders with a post Wembkey feel good factor and big crowd. Notable as well for Keeley 'clattering' Bobby Davison in the first minute and putting him out of the game. That boy could tackle. Quote

tomphil Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 (edited) The pitch has had a slope for years - nothing new there. Nowhere am I saying it is am I ? Just saying the new lower camera angle might pick it up where as the ones pointing downwards from the top of the JW didn't. Probably nowt to do with that anyway they've probably installed it on an angle and ballsed it up. Or done it on purpose so they can say the riverside is sinking we'll have to shut it (conspiracy alert) Edited August 13, 2016 by tomphil Quote
Mike Graham Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 So the Venky goons have put a slope into our Ewood Park pitch. That is the last straw. V's out! 1 Quote

Mattyblue Posted August 12, 2018 Posted August 12, 2018 I’m pretty sure when it’s a live Sky game the angle is higher. Quote
