Just saying the new lower camera angle might pick it up where as the ones pointing downwards from the top of the JW didn't. Probably nowt to do with that anyway they've probably installed it on an angle and ballsed it up.

Or done it on purpose so they can say the riverside is sinking we'll have to shut it (conspiracy alert)
