As Iv said before I live around a lot of Bolton fans who take great pride in laughing at us whenever possible...I can honestly say not a single one has a bad word to say about Feeney. They REALLY rate him in fact and they're not backwards in coming forwards with their criticism of their players...they reckon he's been their best player by a country mile...maybe we should chill out and give this guy a chance?

I agree with you totally on this, but just to play devils advocate... we have fans that will tell you that they think Lowe is one of our best players and wont have a bad word to say about him.

He barely played because he wasn't good enough so we now employ a gobbin in Coyle and suddenly he's OK sorry you along with him and Coyle can go and do one asap from Rovers.

Not convinced he'll be suited to the Championship tbh. He's just finished a spell with PAOK where he scored 4 in 17 and was released after a single season. Matt Derbyshire scored more than that in the Greek league. A big gamble on big wages.

My Bolton mates say the same. I wasn't a fan when he was here, but he has a bit of pace which is what we've been sadly lacking for a few seasons now.
