Surely he will be squad player.

We need to be signing 3 quality strikers, creative midfielder and left back 1st

Chaddy, I think this is the market we're in now. Feeney will be coming here to play. That's the market of player we're in for now. Save yourself any further disappointment, the big names won't be coming here.

Well the LT is reporting that Coyle will meet Graham and his agent for contract talks this coming week

Chaddy, I have no issues with your posting of transfer links but time to just leave it (defending yourself on here). These posts will stop when they stop getting a rise from you!

So is it time for you to stop diving in to protect him? A week or two ago you responded to a single mild criticism I made of a Chaddy post with an aggressive, over the top personal attack on me in which you stated that I had never made a constructive post in 6 years.

So a bit hypocritical of you to post the above as if you are a statesman.

As to Chaddys posts, some people seem to regard him as a source of information so fair enough of him to carry on. I'd just advise him that sometimes less is more. He is becoming the new Vinjay.

I personally don't mind chaddys info i just hate his defence of his info from Nixon...eg defending the signing of feeney because nicko thinks its good aaaaaargh

Say what you like about Jbizzle but you can't knock his accuracy.

So Rovers are signing a 30 year old on a free from a club that was relegated last season. What about Chestons criteria for a new manager who had to bring young players in? And he wasn't anywhere near good enough when he spent a loan period here a few season ago.

Sorry to drag the conversation back to that dodgy chaddy/nicko/stuart/Al debate. But could the issue not just be settled with a poll? If the majority aren't adverse to hearing what Mr Nixon has to say then the content stays on the mainstream. If the majority say they don't fancy it then it gets its own thread in its own section. Maybe Ask Chaddy / Chaddy Notices.

Forget it. Chaddy has the support of the admins and most of all Gav :D so I've given in. He can post what he wants with impunity.

We've already seen that Cheston's word is worthless. Probably not his fault mind and he's likely been overruled after the owners "changed their minds". The trouble is that having given that interview outlining what they wanted the new manager to be and do, then to appoint the opposite and sign players who don't fit the bill, makes him look quite foolish. His options are to walk out, citing his position as untenable and not wanting to lose his reputation, or keep his trap shut and take their coin.

That's about his level. Go on Gary get in and get him!

No doubt he'll do the latter

Not to add a 30 yr old being brought in for his pace!

Unless I've missed it no-one has suggested we look at the top strikers from League One last season

Surely we could offer them better prospects/terms than their existing clubs

And here's a couple more names for midfield - Hourihane of Barnsley and Siva of Arsenal (on loan at Bolton last season)

A slower less effective version of Elliott Bennett - why wouldn't we sign him?

Proof Nixon will bang any drum Coyle wants him to when he's trying to sell this as a great move

'He could have had 20 assists' Brown could have had 10 goals if crosses are counting as assists we should count shots as goals.

Don't do this
