Quite true that after a week or two of posturing and hints of things that didn't happen the story of an actual signing came from elsewhere

With Venkys we get 3 weeks of negotiations, then agreed, then announcement next week possibly.

Transfer discussion thread. If posters aren't able to work out that tittle tattle from a red top journalist is likely to be absolute bunkum most of the time then frankly I pity them. What exactly do you expect? If you don't like it don't read it. If you don't like certain posters then put them on ignore, if that's still not working for you then trying growing a thick skin.

Let's not do any speculation at all. Just wait for the news to break. That'll be dull. I choose to take it all with a pinch of salt. Is it really so hard?

And no I'm not a mod either - which is undoubtedly a good thing. And you know what? The guy who gets all the stick annoys me as well. I believe he means well in the main. Maybe I'm made of strong stuff, I don't know, but surely it's not worth bleating on about day after day?
