If you're referring to me Stu you're way off the mark. I only get riled with you when you get on your Chaddy/Nixon obsession.

If you read last nights posts you'll see I was trying my best to get Abbey's thoughts on transfers as we're in the Transfer Thread but he took his ball home and said he didn't want to play.

Re: transfers I'm happy to see that, for once, we appear to be being pro-active and trying to get the majority of our work done early.

Ps..where was the 'abuse' I directed at you in my last post. I'm genuinely interested as all I felt I did was make an analogy to shine a light on how I saw your behaviour.

Now, if I'd said 'Up Yours' to you that would be a different thing but we don't talk like that round here do we?

Frankly this thread has been about anything but transfers for page after page and lots of people are culpable( myself included). It does seem bizarre though that someone regularly on this thread says they couldn't give a stuff who we sign.Seriously, how is that ever going to keep the thread on track - if you're not interested why comment?

Its much easier to target players when you've no budget and just wages, still Bowyer wasn't able to bring his in early, so credit to Coyle anyway.

My main concern is his inability to make them into anything other than relegation fodder, but time will tell.

We gave you all some solid advice with the thread and various posts on the subject. You shouldn't all need telling not to argue and argue so much about Nixon. Never mind getting so stressed about him. He's a goon, granted, but he's well in with Coyle so most info will likely emanate from him. Scroll right by posts that annoy you, if those posters aren't on ignore, Simple. It's Father's Day after all, surely there are better things to be doing than arguing on here.

Missed a good Bowyer debate :-). Made more money for this club than most.

End of the day you can bring them in early or late, it's about how good they are. Coyle won't be here at the end of the year anyway.

Firstly thank you for removing their personal insults.

Second, Is he not being given too much credit because he is 'close to Coyle'? He didn't break the Stokes signing and instead we've just had weeks of speculation and cryptic tweets.

If somebody is going to post everything he says, and run other non-Nixon links by him, it should be open to criticism.

You moan about me posting transfer news/updates from Nixon but other posters like Gav and Mani like me doing this. So what the problem/issues with me doing this?

I posted the transfers links/posts in the correct threads.

I do posts other links/news from other sources like Paul Wheelock/LT, Daily Mail, Daily Miiror/Sunday People.

It's tabloid stories, it all should be taken with a pinch of salt, always has and always will. Nobody else is speculating on us anymore either, bar Nixon! Not worth the column inches. It's frustrating, but posters seem intent on taking that out on the person who can be bothered sharing it to here! Nobody has ever said you cannot disagree with the CRT (chubby red top) either.

Posted a photo of the (Sunday) mirror article on the orig post, that somebody shared on twitter

Think where he ends up might be where Uncle Steven ends up, but pretty sure any club with realistic hopes of promotion or play offs might see it as a calculated gamble if the terms are right
