ffan Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 Jokanvoic is a spoofer. Charlatan. Spent a massive amount of money on total dross. Embarrassing. Another abysmal season ahead. @#/? hate football. So many charlatans in football.

ffan Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 You started off the season fairly well didn't you pal? Shocking result today though! We got a couple of lucky results including the result against Blackburn where Cairney scored the winner. Since then he has gone hiding. No doubt score another important goal in a few weeks and go missing again. Powderpuff player. Absolute coward.
Backroom Tom Posted September 24, 2016 Backroom Posted September 24, 2016 Agree on Cairney, talented but not interested in the nitty gritty and goes hiding far too often
Backroom DE. Posted September 24, 2016 Backroom Posted September 24, 2016 Cairney is a player who needs others to do the dirty work for him. If they don't then yes, he totally disappears. A bit of a luxury player (who isn't really that much of a luxury to begin with).

No doubt score another important goal in a few weeks and go missing again. Powderpuff player. Absolute coward. Cairney always struck me as a bit of a poncer. Not the kind of player you'd want in your team on a January night.
Husky Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 If the humbugs can score 5 more goals we'll jump another place and go above the former mighty European Champions Villa.
danger19_80 Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 The bottom 3 us Wigan + Rotherham....can see it ending that way at the begining of the season I said we'd have to be better than the promoted sides and Rotherham to stay up......we can all see where this is going Barnsley will drop like a stone. Possibly Huddersfield too.
Rover_Shaun Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 Barnsley will drop like a stone. Possibly Huddersfield too.Just like Leicester won't last and will drop away.................oh hang on a minute.....!!!
Husky Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 What's Alan Curbishley doing these days? He's got a very orange face.

Since then he has gone hiding. No doubt score another important goal in a few weeks and go missing again. Powderpuff player. Absolute coward. 13th place. 13 points. 7 points off the leaders. No need to panic just yet. 20th place and 8 points for us looking a lot better than it did recently. When the owners realise the value of pre-season we might not start so disastrously.
JHRover Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 13th place. 13 points. 7 points off the leaders. No need to panic just yet. 20th place and 8 points for us looking a lot better than it did recently. When the owners realise the value of pre-season we might not start so disastrously. Agree on the pre-season issue. It seems that whoever the manager is that business is left until the last minute. At the moment the players that seem to be making the difference for Rovers are Emnes and Gallagher and also Hoban and Williams in defence. All only joined the club at the 11th hour when the season was already well underway. Who knows what might have happened had we brought those guys in in July rather than late August. I'd wager we'd have a few more points than we've got now, and probably wouldn't have suffered those results against Wigan, Cardiff and Burton. I only hope come the end of the season the 8 points dropped from those 3 games against 3 teams that will be down there with us this season isn't the difference between us surviving and being relegated. It seems to be Venkys way of leaving things until the last minute and the result is we go into seasons on the back foot. Compare to Huddersfield and Reading who got their business done early doors and had weeks and weeks to work together before the season began. Whereas we go through pre-season with no squad, bring in a few loans who obviously aren't good enough, then finally bring in some quality but only after a dreadful start to the campaign. Its also a symptom of wanting to build around loans and only sanctioning arrivals once some cash has come in from departures. The last batch of Emnes, Gallagher, Williams and Hoban appear to have been financed only when the cheque for Duffy arrived. A lot of parallels can be drawn between this summers' botched pre-season and preparation and in previous years. Unlikely to be the managers fault as it wasn't with Bowyer when he was having to sign people like Marrow and Petshi because he had his hands well and truly tied from above. Lambert wanted a change from that and for signings to be done early doors to hit the ground running, clearly that isnt their agenda.
Neil Weaver Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 What's Alan Curbishley doing these days? He's got a very orange face. Perhaps he's doing a bit of auditioning.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kji8qIo8h4I
davulsukur Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Pearson suspended by Derby. Local reporter doesn't expect him to return as boss. I guess losing to Rovers will do that to you....
Husky Posted September 27, 2016 Posted September 27, 2016 Perhaps he's doing a bit of auditioning.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kji8qIo8h4I I swear he's one of these https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZhs7w-FzeI
booth Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Cardiff sacked trolloppe Woe betide any team's manager beneath us in the table this season.
JHRover Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Cardiff another club that has a mad owner and bizarre set up behind the scenes combined with strange managerial appointments, signings and a major cutback in the budget. Difference is they won't tolerate being at the bottom of the league and will swiftly sack their manager and no doubt replace him with a better one, whilst we'll limp on through the season as we are.
RevidgeBlue Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Apologies if it's been mentioned elsewhere but is there any word on the jungle drums about what Pearson is alleged to have done?
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted September 28, 2016 Moderation Lead Posted September 28, 2016 Apologies if it's been mentioned elsewhere but is there any word on the jungle drums about what Pearson is alleged to have done? Blazing row with the chariman apparently. (Believe it or not!) They won last night without him as well....

All these clubs infested with hangers on because of a void between expertise and finance. Somethings got to give. Let the bodies hit the floor?

Spot on - they've appointed some dollopers but they've sacked em all too. Pains me to say it but of we were run even to the standard of Cardiff we'd be in a much better position.
Husky Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 That Norwich lot are a soft touch aren't they? How the hell did we only score one against them?....er..
