Bigdoggsteel Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 I am actually kind of happy with a draw in the Wigan and Forest game. Keeps forest in it. The more teams involved in the relegation scrap, the better.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Newcastle ends 2-2.....accumulators crashing everywhere.
Backroom Tom Posted February 25, 2017 Backroom Posted February 25, 2017 15 cup finals becomes 14. Could have gone much better this weekend but could have gone worse at the end. With a new manager you could say staying the same isn't the worst result, all teams draw apart from Wolves who may start worrying.
Athlete Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 it's as you were prior to the weekend us wigan Bristol City Burton Forest all get a point.........the must win game is next Saturday without a doubt

If wolves keep going the way we are,we could pass them by beating them. Now wouldn't that be interesting

Backroom Tom Posted February 26, 2017 Backroom Posted February 26, 2017 In a shocking turn of events it turns out Ben Marshall is a bit of a prick as videos of him emerge lashed up in a Sheffield club singing for them to sign him up. Journo saying it was taken in January whilst he was at Rovers but some guy saying he took the videos just last night.

Fraserkirky Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 He looks like he has contributed one game so far. Man some of these players just fall of the face of planet when they leave Rovers. NZonzi is about the only exception. Take note Connor
Backroom Tom Posted February 27, 2017 Backroom Posted February 27, 2017 Efe Ambrose gone back to Celtic and won't be signing. I'm so confused am I meant to be angry or not? It shows how incompetent we were but at the same time he's absolutely rubbish. By the way Giles Barnes got another move in the MLS so he's not sat waiting on Owen's call!
AllRoverAsia Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Coyle wanted Ambrose but Senior did not. I recall that Senior said it was a done deal and the work permit/visa a formality. A lie to kid Coyle and the fans and waste time. Senior knew Coyle was going. The person I feel sorry for is Ambrose and how we messed him around.
Bigdoggsteel Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Does this mean we still have a loan slot available? Or is that window closed now?

The loan window doesn't exist any more. It was actually an "emergency loan window" originally for things like goalkeepers to cover injury but got abused so they stopped it. Doesn't help that our strategy involves loans and frees. Although our of contract players are still fair game if we can be bothered / afford to employ any.

Could have them back in a couple of weeks. I'm assuming the fact that Hoban has stick around means he is hoping to play a part.
Dunnfc Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Looks like Marshall is severely unfit according to Wolves fans hence the lack of games - http://www.molineuxmix.co.uk/index.php?threads/ben-marshall.193433/page-34 No surprise when Coyle had them playing table tennis, dunkindoughnuts on the menu with a Friday big mac.
