Gav Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Not bad that for a winger who nobody rates. Compare it with our midfielders from last season. Stands up pretty well. 6 assists not bad The dumbing down is almost complete!

blueboy3333 Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 6 assists not bad The dumbing down is almost complete! And how many assists did our midfielders get last season? Our top assist maker was Conway with 5 (until he was stupidly dropped). You forgot about that bit of context. So Feeney is an improvement on last year for us. No wonder you're laughing. http://www.espnfc.co.uk/english-league-championship/24/statistics/assists Just for comparison Gally got 5 and Cairney also got 6.
47er Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Well from those figures we clearly have a big problem in mid-field, but, with the addition of Feeney and his 6 assists its going to get better is it?
mustard Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Not bad that for a winger who nobody rates. Compare it with our midfielders from last season. Stands up pretty well. To draw a comparison, Jordan Rhodes got 5 assists in the 14/15 season for us and was criticised by some for his failure to set up goals for teammates.
mustard Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 You seem awful passionate about Feeney, blueboy. I've seen him play and don't see him as an improvement on what we have. My opinion. And the stats suggest he ain't very good.

mustard Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 ???? I just made the point 6 assists was more than any of our lot got last season...which is true. Not sure what the issue is. No issue, just don't agree 6 assists is a decent return from 50 games, the majority of which he was at a team where he was the star man.

Gav Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 We've signed a 'star man' from a Championship club! Get in! League 1 club, but it did make me laugh
Athlete Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Going for anywhere above bottom 3 as I really think there are at least 3 sides who will be worse than us Burton wigan Rotherham for starters
USABlue Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Third division here we come, right back where we started from, open up those golden gates....... Graham if he stays.fut might be enough to keep us up, Coyle sacked at end of January window.
Hasta Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 As it stands 17th. If Marshall / Hanley depart or Jason Lowe gets a run in midfield then relegated.
Hanks Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Looking at the odds on various betting sites they are expecting us to finish in the bottom half, William Hill has us at 5-2 3rd favourites to go down. I would hope that we avoid relegation but a top ten finish looks unrealistic.
Backroom Tom Posted July 9, 2016 Backroom Posted July 9, 2016 14th Sadly that would be an achievement as well which says it all about our plight
roverandout Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 19th, that's provided Graham and stokes bang in some goals
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Mid table, going nowhere fast with zero ambition to get out of this league.

LDRover Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 The season revolves around Graham staying fit. Any spell out of the team will leave us totally shorn of a way of getting up the pitch. Even with a fit and firing Graham I'd say 14th is an achievement but my head tells me bottom 6.
Waggy76 Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Difficult to predict but relegation is a distinct possibility....
ABBEY Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 I think top 10 for me. For me, the squad last season under performed. Still have done alot better than we did. The biggest bonus of the summer for me is Us signing Danny Graham. Also think Conway will be key player for Coyle as he wants to play with Wingers. TOP TEN HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA hail chimp head do you fancy a wager chaddy?
blueboy3333 Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 It's like the tallest dwarf completion. Ronnie Hildersley.
chaddyrovers Posted July 9, 2016 Author Posted July 9, 2016 TOP TEN HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA hail chimp head do you fancy a wager chaddy? I'm here to talk Rovers and football matters. Clearly you arent here for that.
ABBEY Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 You are here paying homage and sprouting top 10 .. I will have 100 with you we don't . .. If I'm not discussing then what am I chatting about ?
Iceman Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Top 10 i doubt will happen. If we dont end between 25th and 40th in the next few seasons, then ill be surprised.
BlueMonday Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Ronnie Hildersley. Ho ho. Ok I'll give you that, but you know what I was getting at. I'll raise your Ronnie Hildersley with Alan Wright
