I've mentioned before I regularly go and watch Celtic with family and take a keen interest in them, though I wouldn't go as far as saying I support them as I don't really get 'second teams'. However, with all that said I end up watching most of Celtic's games as they are on TV so often and Ambrose is absolutely dreadful, I've seen him live a few times and it's remarkable he has made it into any level of professional football.

Just what Rovers need, another ageing useless centre back. If he signed it would probably be a minimum two year deal and would almost certainly stifle the progress of a couple of the promising centre backs we currently have.

I wouldn't go worrying yet; it appears our lovely owners won't sign off on any bugger.

From Nixon

Blackburn. Cavare fed up waiting on loan move and a decision from Venkys. Deal may fall through.

Breaking News!!!

One, it's true and anyone with an ouce of honour (is that the right word?) would call them out and quit.

Two, It's made up nonsense to make Coyle look like the victim.

Who the heck is Cavare.

Scottish team with manager connections at Rovers want rid of a donkey or waster off their books and Ewood opens a door !

Desperation or dodgy ?

As I said the other day, if Coyle is getting as fed up as Nixon makes out then he can feel free to bugger off.

Maybe he's getting ready to jump after overseeing more exits this window and no incomings of any note. Maybe he'll suddenly find a clause in his contract

I don't see any point at all in trying to keep names of targets quiet. We are just after players who are being touted around clubs at our level by their agents. The agents will tell any clubs who show any interest who else is interested to generate a market. The media can speculate as much as they like but it makes no difference at all. Deals are done between clubs and agents.

Shouldn't you be more polite when addressing the man who provides you with all the tittle tattle ?

Never heard of Cavare, but if we do sign him, I know what tune will be sung in his honour.

To the tune of 'That's Amore'

When Coyle starts to cry,

As all he got to buy,

was Cavare

I used to love it!

Under Hughes, it was always 'working on deals for a striker/midfielder/defender' (delete as appropriate), and then one day 'Bellamy links up with International Boss', or 'Santa's Coming to Town!'

When we were run properly. *sigh*

Matt would always be present when Anderson, Huber and Indoo Sella da Monteluce were present for meetings at the Training ground and random, places around the North-West. Matt made it very clear, that is was beyond any reason able doubt, who was in charge at Ewood and it certainly was not the board of Directors. All transfers, third party ownerships, payments were discussed in these meetings, and he was privy to the lot, including current player negotiations, which were being managed by the before mentioned, despite them having their own agents. Hocking was very much the training ground Mr Fix-it as he was used as the go between to try and tie current players into contracts which had Anderson’s associates fingers all over them, whilst escorting players and agents of players who were very much part of third party ownership around the training ground and local houses, he used Formica as an example of this.

Maybe we are just wondering who the agents are :tu:
