Is it worth trying to contact anyone from the Pune football team/fans? A few #venkysout banners at a match would be cool!

We are all putting a quid in and sending Abbey to Pune.

If Abbey goes to Pune, Pune would no longer exist :D

Time to hypothesise for a moment. Lets suppose for one minute that some evidence emerges that suggests or shows Rovers/Venkys have acted illegally or against FA/Football League rules. Then what? The FA investigate and find Venkys guilty of breaking the rules. What happens next? As far as I am aware there is no mechanism in existence that can force Venkys to sell this football club. Even if they are found guilty of breaking the rules, the FA cannot force them to let go of the club.

I think pinning our hopes on the FA doing something to help rid us of Venkys is being too ambitious. The FA have shown themselves reluctant to involve themselves in club ownership in general, and have been aware of this information for some time and have done nothing about it. Until Venkys change their stance on owning the club or are forced into letting it go then the FA can really do very little, even if more information comes to light.

True, but they've not had to do anything about it becaue it's only been known by a few people and has been prevented from getting to the press by legal injunctions (according to Glen M). If there is a 'smoking gun' that proves Venky's have acted illegally then it needs to be released. The FA couldn't ignore it then, if the right pressure is applied. Beyond that we are going round in circles because there doesn't look to be anything obviously illegal in the docs released so far.

It wouldn't be the first time that a large establishment has ignored wrongdoings on its doorstep simply because it could.

Whoever presented the dossier to the FA will know if there is anything 'incendiary' in it.

I'm amazed that nobody on twitter (i'm not) followed up that tweet by the 'SportingIntel' guy and asked what he meant by the Crescendo-Venky's pre-acqusition agreement being the 'crux' of the matter and also which players were possibly 3rd party owned. Could someoen do that, possibly those that were involved in the twitter convo at the time?

Not too fussed with the backlash now from the Venky's etc.

My 3 and 6 year old well schooled,

This was their antics just a a couple of weeks ago, an hour with these 2 and Venkys would sell

Gets a call from my wife whilst at work, she was very stressed and explained the following.

Whilst upstairs, Isabelle and Ruby have been up to their old tricks pushing the boundaries as far as they go.

Ruby says to her mum "mummy come look at our fish"

Laura thinks "what they going on about , we dont have fish"

After them going on for 5 minutes Laura decides to explore what all the noise is about.

There sitting in a bowel on the outside window cill is a fish!!

Very puzzled Laura tries to work out where it has come from as there is no pond or water deep enough near the house for this fish to live.

After quizzing the kids the reality hits home that earlier that day they had done the following.

Seeing a gap in the wall which splits our house to next door, isabelle and ruby have squeezed through.

Upon getting to the other side, they notice next doors back door open, so decide to hop into next doors house to explore. Not seeing anyone around, they notice a fish tank and think "mmm , wouldnt mind a pet fish, but how can we get one". At this point one of them, probably isabelle comes up with the plan that we have cereal bowls which she could just about fit a fish in.

They both must of then come home, gone in the kitchen cuboard and armed with a bowel each , returned next door.

After getting into the fish tank, to corner the fish they have spotted as the prize, they decide to empty the tank as much as they can with the bowels so the fish cannot escape their clutches. With each lunge of their bowels they empty next doors fish tank into the floor and everywhere else where water should not be. Finally they grab their fish, tottle off back to our house and play with it like they have done nothing wrong.

Poor Laura has had to go around next door with the fish , which next door did not know was missing , as they was upstairs , whilst next doors living room is soaking wet with the water which once lived in their tank.

These kids of mine , are just terrors at times and if i could have thought of a million things they could get up to, this would not of been high on the list.

We are both fuming

While the 2 of you are fuming, i quite enjoyed that. A great read. :)

TalkSport links if anyone missed what was said earlier:

http://talksport.com/radio/listen-again/1471338000#

10:30 until 11am from 21 mins onwards is the main bulk.

I heard Colin Murray said he'll talk about it again tomorrow, plus he's presenting with Keith Gillespie, so might be worth getting to Keith as an ex player beforehand. Does he Twitter and all that??

A question for Glen. Is there more than what has already been released?

If so, is it in the hands of anyone who can do anything with it, if not for these injunctions

I have allsorts in my computer, but never put any of it in a file , as organised as the action group as I always let the secretary be the custodian of information.

I had to take bits out yesterday as i couldnt send a big enough file and to be honest it took me 24 hours just to compile what i did,

It took a further day just to copy the email addresses I got to send out which currently stands at just under 1500,

So its not an easy task, especially as I have a company to run

A number of Journo's have been in touch including Mirror,, Radio Lancs, Fraser Dainton, an agent from abroad and Irish TV.

Will keep you posted

He has been pathetic throughout this, hidden in the back ground and not said one word.

I hope his role is as a volunteer and he does not actually take a wage?

God I wish Jack could come back for a day, Christ he'd kick some ass and Coar would be singled out for his cowardly silence in all of this.

Cheers Madon. It might be something and nothing but it's worth asking.

It just intrigued me that he quoted a specific part of the leaked lawyers letter. He can't be too worried about the legal implications.

On that point, once these documents are in the public domain does that mean that others can quote it/upload it/distribute it without fear of getting sued. I'm not sure of legal stuff. Does anyone know?

Quick question Glen - no worries if you can't answer it. But in your exchanges with Salgado he alludes to Kean's mates in Glasgow. The whole Glasgow mafia thing hasn't been mentioned anywhere for some time - that I've seen at least (think it was first posted on the LET years ago). Can you go into any detail on it?

The dossier presentation was four years ago. Yes there is more incendiary stuff in it and yes more incendiary stuff such as the four documents leaked this week have come into the possession of numerous people more recently, much more recently such as those documents. Daft as it might seem, some Rovers fans had them initially and didn't understand what they were!

I have heard stories about the pre-acquisition agreements but I personally have seen nothing. If what I have heard is true it will change the perception of the Walker Trust in all this and ramp up the anger against other parties to an even higher level.

I doubt Sportingintel would tweet something like that if he hasn't got something far more substantive.

You have to remember, all of us on here are amateur sleuths. Nick Harris and all the others do this sort of thing for a living. There is an investigative journalist outside the UK for sure who has obtained material which those of us in and around Blackburn can only guess at what he has got his hands on...

Venkat Anath? That Indian media story has been 'almost ready' going on 6 months. Have to say I'm having doubts...

Have no doubts about Venkat. His publication might be a different matter.

Yes Venkat almost certainly has something but other people are quietly looking well under the radar.
