Mike Graham Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 I can't believe I have forked out money to go to this 2 0 Cardiff Enjoy. Some of our players may pull their fingers out and play for a transfer away from Ewood Park (or should that be Agents Park). If anyone is going on coaches please print out and distribute to fellow travellers the K**n contract and the lawyers letter from the V's to Kentaro lawyers.

PeteJD13 Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 Thankfully I used to live down there so seeing my mates will hopefully make up for what's going to be another abject performance!
sambo Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 I live 10 minutes walk from the ground and still might not bother!
Mike Graham Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 I live 10 minutes walk from the ground and still might not bother! At least hand out some of the documents by the away fans turnstiles :-)
sambo Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 At least hand out some of the documents by the away fans turnstiles :-) Good shout! I'll probably end up relenting and going anyway. Glutton for punishment springs to mind after 11 hours of trains for the Wigan debacle.
Athlete Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 Not a lucky ground for us, indeed Ninian Park wasn't much better, but it seems it will be a clash of two pretty poor teams. Hoping that I see us get our first point of the season as I would be happy to come back with a point from this. We played arguably one of the weaker sides in the league Saturday and look what I happened
sambo Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 Cardiff have scored 1 goal in 300 minutes of football this season. They'll treble that amount by half time (if we're lucky).
Mike Graham Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 I hope anyone going to Crdiff with the documents shares them with other fans. There are some "wee gems" in there!!
chaddyrovers Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 My Rovers team is Raya Lowe Lenihan Greer Hendrie Mahoney Byrne Akpan Conway Graham Stokes Captain Greer
roversfan99 Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 I dont care how bad Marshall and Duffy get, Lowe and Akpan are a million times worse.
Presty On Tour Posted August 15, 2016 Posted August 15, 2016 I'm going to support the team. Love Rovers, hate Venkys! #VenkysOut
punerover Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Even if we loose 3-0, I for once would like to see the manager play a 4-4-2 without any players played out of position and preferably Lowe n Henley NOT played at all.
chaddyrovers Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I dont care how bad Marshall and Duffy get, Lowe and Akpan are a million times worse. Marshall and Duffy attitude was awful on Saturday. They need to show why we should offer them new contracts because they look like I cant be bother to be here on Saturday.
arbitro Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 So Steele admits they are not working hard enough. http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/14684064.We_need_to_work_harder_and_have_more_pride_in_our_performances__admits_Blackburn_Rovers_keeper_Jason_Steele/
G Somerset Rover Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 So Steele admitted his error for the 2nd. What about the countless others over the past 18 months?
philipl Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I think after setting up the club horribly ineffectually for the two Saturday games, and setting us up to win at Mansfield, Coyle will set us up to give it a good go at Cardiff. Even so our squad and first team is still too weak and we will lose 2-1 at Cardiff but there won't be the moans about organisation and effort rightly levelled after the Norwich and Wigan debacles.
chaddyrovers Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Adam Henley out for 3-4 weeks with hamstring injury. Stephen Hendrie and Craig Conway now considered fit enough to start tomorrow. #rovers
G Somerset Rover Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 While I'm pleased that Henley won't be playing the lack of depth in our squad is extremely concerning. That's two longish injuries now in Henley and Bennett. A couple more and you're looking at relying on players who haven't played a minute of senior football. Thanks again Venkys.
perthblue02 Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Adam Henley out for 3-4 weeks with hamstring injury. Stephen Hendrie and Craig Conway now considered fit enough to start tomorrow. #rovers Is that the FKW speak for dropped do you think?
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Draw at very best. From what we have witnessed so far this team has zero fight in it.Never before have I personally felt so disillusioned at our chances. Nothing but a bunch of strangers in our colours.
Backroom Tom Posted August 16, 2016 Backroom Posted August 16, 2016 Adam Henley out for 3-4 weeks with hamstring injury. Stephen Hendrie and Craig Conway now considered fit enough to start tomorrow. #rovers So he only subbed him cause he was injured it seems
Lancaster Rover Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Is Ward fit again, not that I'd play him if he were but 3 long term injuries and we're barely able to fill the bench.
gazsimm Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 forget about the game tomorrow night, removing the venkys out of Blackburn Rovers is far more important for the future for the club!!
AHoyle90 Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Steele Lowe Duffy Greer Hendrie Conway Akpan Byrne Marshall Stokes Graham Ben Marshall is a winger not a No.10, and for me fairs better on the left wing where he is able to cut inside or go outside. Akpan just because Lenihan has been anonymous, Byrne shows glimpses of quality, and they both started in the win at Mansfield (desperate times) Draw would be amazing but fearing the worst again.
