The silent majority are signing the petition.

We still have the love of many.....just read the comments....90% from Lancashire. Heartwarming.

SPREAD THE WORD. 1,000 more needed.

Sorry if this has already been covered but what exactly have Venky's supposed to have done that is illegal? I hate them as much as anyone but from what I have seen it is Kentaro etc that have done wrong. Hopefully I'm wrong!

Well, for a start I'm pretty sure it isn't legal to allow a third party agency to run the club. Could be wrong on that, but it doesn't sound like something that's above board.

Very simply allowing the alleged wrongdoing insinuated by the documents. Mockery of 'fit and proper' athe the very least.

Apparently, allegations of illegal activity come from putting pieces together that aren't yet revealed.

Not quite sure what you're getting at there, although I do believe that Alan Partridge is real.

Anyway, I signed the petition yesterday and the two posters before you answered my question.

Fat Barry was tied at the hip with Anderson, I'd wager it was only big sis intervening that kicked it off with the 3rd party when she realised the money was mostly only flowing one way.

I also wouldn't be surprised if some of all that Wonga flowing out via our good friend etc wasn't destined to find it's way back to a fat guys back pocket !

There are lots of rumours that need investigation, and dismissing if nothing else.

Signed.

This isn't about illegality, it's about breaking the FA rules.

You can't be an agent AND run a club.

And no 3rd party, agent or otherwise is allowed to own a player eg Tevez

On both counts the owners and their mates have questions to answer.

That isn't to say no criminal behaviour has occurred but this aspect is about the FA's rules and, arguably, their failure to enforce them.

It also goes to whether Venkys are "fit and proper" owners in the context of those rules.

It would be a bit upsetting if only a small percentage of BRFCS warriors had signed the petition!

800 more needed....the voice of the silent majority is speaking.

Yes but surely it does not give an indication of what the 'normal' fan thinks. They want to support the Club and players rather than get involved in this political muckraking. Get to Ewood and support the boys. Where would we be without the Venkys putting £2M into the Academy every year.

Only joking, don't bust a gasket.

Technically is that not illegal as per the FA's rules? I wasn't really talking in a criminal sense (though it wouldn't surprise me if an investigation turned up something on that side too).

You're right, it's not allowed! But it's not illegal. It's a matter (and a responsibility) of the football authorities to administer.

So using illegal in a general sense is fine but it's going to get very confusing on here!

I hope!

4262 signatures, a great effort so far.

200 signatures in the past 24 hours... Need to get to that 5000 mark.
