I remember someone posted on here about venkys model being about revenge, I initially wrote it off maybe it was correct all along!

Yes, they are holding our heads under water, purely for spite, according to my source who recently returned from a visit to India. It is the kind of callous, childish behaviour you would expect from people who know the cost of everything and the value of nothing, and typical of a spoilt brat / rich kid mentality when they don't get their own way.

Venkys OUT!

And MG when you pass the Kleenex to bazza and use the Andrex on the bitch's big fat arse just tell them they are a bunch of cowards and don't even have the guts or common decency to address the situation . You all ball bags and despicable human beings , you slimy cluckers .

Not really something I buy into if I'm honest although I certainly think there's been plenty arrogant spite on their part. If they finally wreck the club it'll get taken away from them making them look rather stupid as will the bad press over there they are starting to get.

Bit of a coincidence they take this route just when the parachutes dry up and there may be issues with their land security and borrowings.

Hot air covering their own mess more like.

Philipl threw the sale hand grenade at lunchtime today and exited stage left, its not the first time he's done this either, sometimes he's been right and sometimes he's been wrong, I'm not having a go at Philip.

If anyone has any information, or can obtain information on possible mortgages or sales of assets like Ewood or Brockhall they need sending to the papers, get some journalists involved, they'll be able to did deeper than we can.

Philipl mentioned a London lawyer, get him to speak to someone, do the research yourself, but lets not just throw a few comments away on a website and leave it at that.

Actually it was me that threw the grenade, Philipl just backed it up a little with his knowledge of the leaky lawyer

Gav, you live in Lancashire, talk to people instead of relying on me and getting all nervous about it.

It is not difficult to find people who know people at Rovers who know for sure that suits have walked round Brockhall with those handheld laser measuring devices.

It is also public knowledge that Brockhall Village itself is subject to a development/parkland covenant and that our Brockhall facility is on the parkland sector.

Looking at whether Ewood could be used to generate cash through a sale and lease back or disposal or security for a loan is much more recent (if it is indeed happening- hence my caveats) but again little birds in Blackburn and London suggest that this is the latest target for Venky's maximising whatever cash they can squeeze out of Rovers as quickly as possible.

Is the Dingles training ground on what was or is still National Trust land? if it is the case then they appear to have got change of use.

I dont know myself just a thought that came up when I Gooled it after reading an earlier post.

IF I was a property speculator I would look to stick houses on the Senior part and on part of the Academy with a token as 'parkland'

If the Vs are selling assets it is to strip the cash out of the club and leave it to die. In theory we owe countless millions to them but that is just debt and I'm pretty sure that won't be funded by Vs so if they dump the club there will be a debt to the BofI to pay and nothing else. In these kinds of deal you can get away with virtually anything and that is what they are now trying to do. It's been coming, we shouldn't be surprised. From the moment they walked in the door it was only going to end 1 way.

I wonder how much of that debt is actually real. My thinking is Venky's give Rovers unsecured loans to buy players, commission paid to friendly agents. Friendly agents with 'brown paper envelopes' toodle over to Pune for a purely coincidental visit. Split the cash.

In addition to that big bets made on long odds becoming managers, sacking managers etc.

Then when Venky's have sucked enough cash out of the club they sell the club and transfer the debt to the new owners a la Ken Bates buying Chelsea for £1.

That, added to the player sales that HAVENT gone back to paying off the debt and seemingly into some sort of black hole.

The more you think about it, the more shocking it appears to be...

Allegedly.

It depends on the if or how much interest there is to pay on the debt. It's true that Rovers are deep in the red. What about Venkys other businesses? What is the nature of their agreement with the BOI?

I think what some people may not realise is that they could quite easily put us into administration at any point and pay off the debtors at a rate of 10p or 15p in the pound. Or is that an incorrect assumption? But if I remember correctly most of our debts are unsecured loans to Venkys aren't they?

My gut feeling is that it could happen at any point, the only player worth any money left at the club is probably Marshall. But his value is next to nothing if he doesn't sign a new contract. Therefore it could be considered that all saleable assets have been stripped.

What are they waiting for?

How about the Friday before the Wolves game ?

Sorry Yoda I thought it was Philipl.

I'm not getting nervous about it philipl and I don't live in Lancashire, but regardless of that we've been here before, thats all I'm saying.

If you and Yoda are certain this is happening it needs exposing to the media as soon as possible

Men in suits walking round with laser measuring devices doesn't mean the place is up for sale, it usually means a refurbishment in my experience and I've seen it many many times.

But posting this stuff on here isn't going to achieve much, it needs exposing to a wider audience if possible, thats all I'm saying and not having a pop at anyone.
