I sent the details of the site and the just giving page to radio stations and newspapers in Pune last night. I even sent them to the mayor. It may just be that one of those has taken a glance. Nothing may come of it, but it only takes one of them to take an interest.

Legal yes because your not publishing them, whomever did is the owner of the drop box link which then conspires as to how they got hold of them, through negligible means would mean dropbox king is fine too.

Your ok to do so, just carefully word it along the lines of:
