I know for an absolute fact he wasn't impressed with Bowyer. Connor had numerous loan offers throughout Bowyer's years (from League 1 and even Championship clubs) and Bowyer turned down every one of them, despite not giving him a chance in the team.

Whatever... GB gave him his first team debut was speaking to the lad straight after.. Buzzing wasn't the word.. Now that is FACT

At least they admitted that our wage bill was still high (9th in the league).

Makes a mockery of the years of Cheston, Bowyer, Coyle etc using resources as an excuse for failure.

Says it all that the aim at the start of the season was to finish "higher than last year" i.e. Bottom half but safe. It's criminal where all that money is going, god only knows.

It's those business people who own it they are more than likely running money through the pipes but funding their own things over here with it. Yes it might go into VLL from India but where does it go after that and how much actually touches the club ?

Seems to fly straight through constantly yet the football club is diminishing year on year and always struggling for money ?

9th highest wage bill still yet all these so called high earners off the books, people still being paid supposedly front loaded and paid off, players sales for millions to cover this yet the situation never improves.

Sham.

Mahoney made his first team debut away at City 2(ish) months after coming in from Stanley as a 17 year old, of course he was buzzing! Bowyer didn't give him another appearance in the 2 years after that.

Can the people who went as representatives of BRFCC please tell us what they thought of the meeting?

I went for BRFCC, was disappointed that Andy Bayes wanted to move topic as soon as the top table started to sweat, he had definitely been briefed.

Asked the question about why we can't use Skype to chat to the owners, didn't really get a straight answer to be honest and therefore as someone mentioned before it sounds like they can't be arsed!

As someone on the floor said, we get 3 hours a year to speak to these people, half an hour of tonight was spent on Chestons presentation and the season ticket presentation and another half an hour talking to Tony Mowbray (who spoke brilliantly and does instill confidence).

All in all, glad I got the opportunity to go again but disappointed that there wasn't abit more freedom for fans to ask more questions and follow up on some of the answers given by the top table.

Give Trevor some credit he's actually qualified and a registered insolvency practitioner. Senior is a no body other than a scout

The guy is a snake, an opportunist and a bullsh1tting liar. He loves himself.  I see pasha didn't quite manage an appearance  again.

Its a charade from top to bottom and they continue to take us all for fools. How have we ended up with a senior management made up of these chancers/ low lifes and incompetents???

I need to calm down .....this whole club is ripping me apart and I am not prepared to have my life ruined by feckwits like Cheston, Senior and Pasha . That opening statement from the absentee owners should have told us all we need to know about tonight, the club, the future or sadly, the apparent lack of one. If they were that concerned they would have spent money in January to help us get out of this mess. And Cheston talks about backing the manager(s)???? Cretin.

Its a disgrace and I have to admit we are all powerless to stop any of it other than by voting with our feet .Boycott the ticket sales , let Venkys feel the pain we all feel and just hope the Ian's are around to pick up the pieces from the carcass.

There is even a part of me that wants these smug bar stewards to actually get relegated and then see what they come out with.

No I haven't been on the sauce .....but I am about to.

The topics on communication and finance were ushered along pretty swiftly when plenty of hands were up in the room wanting to ask further questions.

To be fair, Senior came across quite well, looked abit edgy when talking about his wifes business... Not sure if i trust him, time will tell.

Ok don't think radio lances will be tweeting the darker stuff allegedly discussed do you?!

Andy Bayes of Radio Pravda asked the questions that were sent in advance, rather than allowing the actual groups to put these questions individually themselves. This also had the (intended) function of preventing questioners being able to follow up on the answers etc. Of course, they will say they had to "manage" time and the agenda, but It was a highly controlled meeting. The appointment and maintenance Coyle came up early and was not allowed the time it required

I thought supporters did very well indeed to break out of this straight jacket on several occasions, particularly in regard to borrowing at very high interest rates, mortgaging next years season tickets, Suhail-his real name, his exact title, his true employers. Cheston couldn't give his job title! The annual statement of commitment from the owners drew open laughter.

The editing will be interesting because there were a few moments,  where members of the panel looked decidedly uncomfortable. Senior has the patter of a used car salesman, but I am left with the sense that he at least got rid of Coyle and brought in Mowbray. Mowbray came over very well indeed.

Instead of turning to drink just listen to the Mowbray clips, inspirational that bloke.

Not sure if it's the north eastern twang, terminology or just passion - if he can keep us up, I'd feel better about next season more cuts or some cuts.

Not keen on the Mowbray / Senior part. Mowbray picks a problem area, Senior gets to pick the player.

Surely it should be that Mowbray gives Senior his list of targets, Senior trys to buy from that list.

Any questions about Coyle?

I seen the answers on recruitment and the process and Mowbray will be involved in this?

Did Senior and Mowbray come across as close?

Didnt Senior say Mowbray picks the area then Senior and recruitment player find the player and Mowbray and Senior decided if they want him?

Mowbray is head coach. Both seem happy with the situation. Mowbray was Senior first choice. Did anyone ask Senior why he picked Mowbray?

But it's in the accounts tho page 23

I don't doubt that they borrow at a high interest rate, which obviously worries me, but saying that they use 'payday loans' is just moronic. I thought you were an accountant Dunnfc?
