Backroom DE. Posted September 10, 2016 Backroom Posted September 10, 2016 We aren't great, we know that but there is some real dross in this league - certainly at least three teams worse than us. No chance of us going down even with, IMV, a buffoon like Coyle in charge. When are fans going to realise we are at the very bottom of this "real dross"? Jeez. It's like reading a Steve Kean quote.

LDRover Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 No chance of us going down even with, IMV, a buffoon like Coyle in charge. You might, no you will, live to regret that statement.
Stuart Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 Let's not get too excited just yet. We've been bad for late goals. Can we hang on for a point? Or even nick it?
chaddyrovers Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 Is he playing upfront? According to Bayes and Garner of Radio Lancs says he playing left wing. Emnes up front. Garner says his motm is Steele Bayes says his motm is Conway
Mercer Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 You might, no you will, live to regret that statement. This time next week, we will be almost mid table sitting on at least 8 points. Fans will wonder what the panic was about.

Have a day off.
Amo Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 That's rubbish Mercer. You do speak some absolute twoddle. He does seem to enjoy tempting fate. What an odd duck.

Dreams of 1995 Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 This time next week, we will be almost mid table sitting on at least 8 points. Fans will wonder what the panic was about. Get a grip. The 'panic' is about the wanton destruction of the club. 6 league positions won't change that.

G Somerset Rover Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 I don't tempt fate, just go with my gut feel. It's wrong every single week.
Backroom DE. Posted September 10, 2016 Backroom Posted September 10, 2016 Back in the real world, we have 2 points from a possible 18. Played 6, Won 0, Drawn 2, Lost 4. Our fans calling other teams dross is frankly laughable. We are the dross.
Mercer Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 Get a grip. The 'panic' is about the wanton destruction of the club. 6 league positions won't change that. I know what the panic is about! But for some to say we wont win a game this season, or this side of Christmas, is nonsense. As I said, there is some real dross in this league. A very welcome point which hopefully stops the rot. Leeds will be managerless, again, by next Tuesday and will be ripe for the taking. Onwards and upwards.
Backroom Tom Posted September 10, 2016 Backroom Posted September 10, 2016 Well a decent point in isolation
LDRover Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 In isolation that's a good point but the table will still make depressing reading tonight. It's safe to say that this time next week we'll know if we can rise above the 'absolute dross' or continue to be the sh1ttest of the sh1t.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 2 points from 18 ....and still rock bottom.Nothing more to say.
LDRover Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 2 points from 18 We were unbeaten in pre-season though, Den. Give credit where it's due.
savage90 Posted September 10, 2016 Posted September 10, 2016 I think the league has improved, a lot. It's tough. Teams have spent money and have big squads. We have quickly drifted into dangerous territory. I look up the league and there is no longer anyone I'm confident of beating. Burton Wigan Leeds Preston Rotherham Are probably the teams. That is not a lot and I probably prefer Leeds squad. Relegation is probable and you're foolish to think otherwise. Furthermore many of our team can return to their parent club after it happens.
