Since this meeting (which i couldn't attend), i have been contacted by three different people from the Police, including a Detective Constable and a member of the 'Protest Liaison Team;, now i haven't in fact spoken to any of them - as i've been at work when they have called so just left it to ring through.

Anyone else been contacted?

Andy Neill - putting together and looking after database of everyone who wants to help and ensuring they are on mailing list.

Lots of other things being muted , minutes have been sent out to everyone who gave Andy N their details and are live on the Venkys out website.

At present we have not got a fund going for lots of things above , I have emailed BRFCAG about their fighting fund , which they announced, to get more information as we don't want multiple fighting funds, as people will be unsure what they are funding. I will await their answer.

Standard practice , if you are holding organised protest you must liaise with the police and sign relevant paperwork to accept responsibility. Everyone has the right to peaceful protest however when organised someone has to accept responsibility . Been there lots of times

Glen, could a joint adventure with other clubs help and is it something you have considered or made enquiries about?

Come on everyone this is what makes us Blackburn fans great. Back each other!

Passion and working for the cause.

It's going to be a slog but each and everyone of you needs to be at Wolves if you can make it.

I've a work dinner on the Saturday evening so quickly informing my Mrs this weekend that we will be cancelling a long weekend in London so cancel the spa treatments and theater what is booked.

Venkys shut us down with a high court injunction. All because Abbey said to Chaddy ..... .

Unfortunately the truth is far less interesting. We forgot to pay the bills !

I agree with MCMC1875 that we have to be quiet on 'guerilla' tactics planned!!

Just had a great idea on Friday morning(shared with Birdy at Liverpool Airport on Friday evening!) but I do not want to air it on here.

Will email the Action Group and it will need 6 of us to go down to London, representing 6 decades of Rovers Supporters. I play the 'oldest' but boldest decade and will subsidise the Rail fares.

Also, after the black-out on Friday are BRFCC prepared for underhand methods attacking this web-site as OUR tactics get stronger and more targeted at Pune? Think the Admin need to prepare for this.

I have a mate who is on the committee of the Blackpool Supporters Trust. We were talking the other day about the possibility of joint action. He has met with all the football bodies, done loads of press releases and interviews and been on Radio Lancashire promoting their cause.

The BST are very well organised and have the backing of most Blackpool fans but their efforts have come to nothing for so long that they are all totally fatigued. They could probably do with a boost and would be open to the idea of something new.

I am sure a joint venture could be well promoted and hit the headlines for a while - at least locally.

However, our agendas are probably not totally aligned. Blackpool FC are sneaky and do everything by the book. They communicate regularly with fan groups, don't deal with dodgy agents, have a fan on the board and keep the club out of debt. What they do have is obnoxious owners who won't put money into improving the team on the pitch.

We are completely opposite in all respects except the last point about the owners and money for players. We want to prove that our owners are corrupt and third parties are involved.

So I could probably organise some communication with BST but, with loads of other initiatives happening at the moment, would it be time well spent ? Open to debate - what do people think ?

Has everybody seen this by the way - Guardian story on Rovers, Blackpool, Coventry and Charlton ownership:

Further proof that they're STILL absolutely obsessed with us.

No matter what advances they make, they'll never get out from under our shadow.

They're just keeping that PL spot warm for us, and they know it.
