[Archived] Rovers Season Ticket Holders, Special Offer...

Recommended Posts

With the international break this weekend and no Premier or Championship League football, Chorley FC are offering Rovers season ticket holders reduced admission for their home league game against Harrogate Town this Saturday.

Show your current season ticket at the turnstiles and gain entry to The Chorley Group Victory Park Stadium for a reduced admission price of £7. Normal adult admission price is £10, concessions (over 60s) £7, 12-16 yrs £5, and 11 yrs and under FREE but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Kick off time is 3.00pm but the club house will be open from about 1.00pm for 'real' ales and lagers. With Harrogate in 2nd place in the league and Chorley in 5th place, this should be an exciting top-of the table clash!

Re-live the days of standing on the terraces with a pie or bag of chips, swapping ends at half-time and friendly banter with like-minded supporters. A match day out for the whole family for less than £20.00 with under 12s admitted for FREE!

Happy days, see you on Saturday!

You'll be our big local derby soon.

Anything is possible with Matt Jansen in charge of team affairs. I've no doubt he will eventually manage in the football league, if not with Chorley, maybe one of his former clubs? There's nothing like having a manager who puts his heart and soul into the club!

Ther's not much you can tell us about Matty. We adore him. One of the saddest episodes in Rovers history after a glorious few years.

There's someone the fans could unite behind once he has the experience at league level.

Keep him warm for the next few years and we'll be happy to take him off your hands. The gap might not be so wide then

How much do you want for Marcus Carver? I've heard he's playing very well.

Playing very well, but unfortunately suspended for the Harrogate game following a rather 'harsh' straight red card against Telford.

On a happier note, Chorley manager, Matt Jansen, has been awarded the Vanarama National League North Manager of the month Award for September. Played 7, won 4, drawn 3, lost 0. Let's hope we can maintain the good form into October!!

Come and show your appreciation at Chorley's Victory Park tomorrow, 3.00pm kick-off.
