I am pretty certain Coyle tries his est to just wind up the fans. The latest headline, quoting him in the Telegraph state "The future is right for Blackburn Rovers. When I saw that, I thought it had to be a story about some new floodlights, but it isn't.

That's right out of the 'it could be the start of exciting times' from the king scumbag after relegation.

Yet again if there was a reporter worth his salt from the local rag or radio station they'd pull him right up on his increasing nonsense whether he liked it or not. The more he gets away with spouting inane drivel and diverting from actually answering anything properly the more he'll do it.

COYLE DOESN'T MATTER.

he does in that if he stays well definitely be relegated. If he goes we might not be. I agree in the grand scheme of things he is a minor problem, and if we could solve our main problem, venkys, we'd solve the coyle, Cheston, Coar and anyone else issues, but he does matter because he is taking us down.

Thing is, 'Boots, I think the protest movement would lose traction if Coyle was potted and replaced by a more respectable candidate. Let's say Dunn, Johnson, Jansen or someone of that ilk was made manager. I could definitely see the floating protesters rallying behind them. In any event, relegation is inevitable under Venky's. Having an ex-Dingle serial bullshitter in charge at least epitomizes everything wrong with the club.

Yeah,right SHYTE!

Enough to make your blood boil, the fans are having the p!ss taken out of them.Kean was enough and personally speaking I don't think I can go through it all again.

Totally agree with all you say including unsure if I can do it again.

An sure he must be on a wind up as logically there is not a grain of truth or link to reality in what he says. It's not a positive spin it's completely different version of reality that he spouts.

Listened to this guy on RR on the way home. No doubt in my mind that he's another imposter.

His tactics / changes put us under pressure for almost the whole of the second half but certainly the last 20 minutes. Yet, by virtue of the fact that we somehow held on, he thought we were on top throughout.

Coyle Out.

The guy is a joke. Let's not pretend. Name me one fan, just one, who'd have appointed him? I.e. First choice.

He's a cleverer Kean. Sorry, my opinion only of course. He will take us down. Most won't bat an eye lid. A great politician. The man they should have gone for in the first place. Kean just couldn't help himself - a bit thick really. Far too antagonistic.

And I have to say this bit now. I was talking to a couple of lads in the blues after the match. Good lads. I was still @#/? off. And we won. Isn't that crap? I can't even enjoy a win anymore.

Kean had the 'disadvantage' of being the first man, which meant that all the focus was on him. Many people, myself included, felt at the time that Kean was a chancer who had exploited an opportunity to his advantage and that once his stench was removed that the crooks would eventually learn from it and go on to make sensible decisions. As all the focus at the time was on removing Kean to try and retain our Premier League status, he had to shoulder almost all the pressure. Inevitably that spilled over at times and the vicious nasty man shone through.

These days the opposite is the case with Venkys the primary target which has meant Coyle has had little to no stick from the fans. i bet he can't believe how little abuse he's had so far for an ex dingle and notlob manager who has delivered pitiful results.

rovers have many fans who will watch 11 players in blue and white, the manager is irrelavant to them.we have a dingle as manager, appointed by venkys to upset most fans, some think he is doing a good job in the circumstances,i don,t.he will be here for the length of his contract unfortunatley.

Exactly how it felt under Kean. But you are right in your assessment. Venkys have killed the enjoyment of going to Rovers. 10,500 yesterday? Pah, there were never that many in. Do they even notice it, let alone feel it? Do they pump.

Someone said to me yesterday that it was because of Championship football that fans have left. He's probably part right. It's poor Championship football by a wilfully devastated squad that is the problem. There were 20k average crowds last time we were down here. That's because people still had belief. In the team, in the club, in the owner. And that's what the fans have been stripped of - belief. In a religion of football, Venkys have converted half of the Ewood parish into atheists and most of the remaining congregation into agnostics, with only a handful clinging on to old ideals, and the fading hope of a second coming.

I am starting to think that against Coyle's best efforts the players will manage to keep us up. You look around on Saturday and there are actually some decent championship footballers in there, a number of which do seem to be battling. They ground that result out despite Coyle's attempts to tie a hand behind our back with the substitutions. Considering the start we had we're still in touching distance of the teams above, a number of which seem stuck in reverse.

The big problems will come at the back end of the season when players know other teams are interested in them during the summer. At that point there will be a 'not a massive problem if we go down' attitude alongside Coyle who IMO doesn't have a clue.

Agreed, i think if we do manage to stay up it will be in spite of Coyle

Stupid comments from a silly man that could well bite him on the arse but it won't because he'll bail or be conveniently sacked just before the deed is done if it comes to it.

He should be saying we'll be doing everything possible to get away from the relegation zone as soon as possible because there is always a danger. How the hell does he know what'll happen in the transfer window ? Could have an even weaker squad which he might have to fill with youth teamers (one's who aren't entitled to a payrise).

The question should be why is Coyle even talking about relegation?

When he arrived at the club in the summer he spoke about being 'competitive' in the League and he and Cheston both referred to some vague 'target' of finishing anywhere between where we finished last season and the play-offs. So if that propaganda is to be believed then we're already well behind our expected position and target for the season.

Now he's spouting relentlessly about keeping the team up. Doesn't that in itself suggest that he's already failing in his duties? If his comments in the summer are to be believed then a relegation battle wasn't in the script when he was recruited. I'm fairly sure that Bowyer and Lambert didn't get the job offering survival in this league as a target and I'm fairly sure Neil Warnock wasn't targeting survival during his interviews for the post.
