You seem very confident there Mercerman.

We need a new manager with new direction and someone who is tactically aware and has a good coaching staff

I would like Gary Rowett or Keith Hill.

Venkys do change their mind far too much.

They need to listen to Pasha

Correct it is type that Pasha earn his cash.

Lets hope tomorrow is the day

I wouldn't have a problem with Johnson/Dunn taking over as caretaker manager for abit like Bowyer did.

They would into the players and get some spirit and Fight in there

Alex McLeish? at least he might sort the defence out.

They need to listen to Pasha... What planet are you on ffs.. Pasha would just bring in another Coyle linked to a certain agency... Ffs Pasha should be nowhere near Ewood

Must be getting quite low by now on candidates that can be parachuted in from the ex never heard of them agencies, Karl Robinson, Peter Taylor only two I can think of that have been linked in the past, unless champagne and sniff sniff fancy giving up their SKY Sports gigs for a bash at management and a quick pay off.

Personally can't see the outstanding candidate going anywhere before the cash from sales in the Jan window come in, other wise the v's would have to use their own money to pay him and his team off, of course he could always pull a Kean

Mind-bogglingly deluded Chaddy. First of all how do you know they aren't listening to him?

What leads you to think any advice he's giving is worth listening to?

Do you know anything about this guy to put your faith in him?

He's Mr Invisible to us but the trusted source of information to them. His job was supposed to be to improve communications between club and supporters. How do you think that's going?

He'll be telling them what they want to hear like all the rest.

Interesting, so Coyle thinks delving into the Kean divide and rule handbook is the way forward.

Main differences being that Kean had the vehicle of a Premier League club and all the media exposure that goes with it- especially a media that was stacked with those with the same 'representation'.

Also, as a fan base, we were a little punch drunk and were caught cold by the nefarious prick. Coyle has no such luxury, in fact I'd never come across a more united set of fans than yesterday.

The main barometer though will be the Ewood crowd, be interesting to see if the grubby tactics of a desperate little man will work.

Just read his comments regarding the fans yesterday, he's a man under pressure, out of his depth and a disgrace to his profession.

His managerial record is such that he should never have been anywhere near this football club, but others that know the square root of F all about football decided he's the best man for the job and this is the result.

I wanted him to stay and see this nightmare out, but after those comments yesterday I want him sacked and hope he never gets another job in football again, he's doesn't deserve one, only 'Dark magic' will allow him back.

So it looks like the managerial roulette wheel may be about to spin again.

But will it honestly make any difference? I'm surprised Venky's have never asked this question to their many "advisers" over the years because apart from Bowyer none has been able to arrest the long slow decline.

They might as well stick with Coyle as far as I'm concerned because the club is fundamentally rotten and changing the manager yet again won't make a halfpenny worth of difference.

I think Pasha's job is to communicate to the Wankerys in Pune what is going on at Ewood and in particular Project Destroy Rovers. His task is also to tell us the Fans nowt at all. imo

At a normal Club Coyle's abuse of the Fans would be his swansong. At Rovers he will get an extra bonus. Hes going nowhere until he gets paid. Imo.

If he didn't get the boot last night or at the very least today/tomorrow then he'll be here a good while longer. Even they know the chances are we'll get beat by Huddersfield & Newcastle so what's the point of hanging on unless there is no decision to make ?

The Newcastle result and performance whilst commendable has proved a fluke. If you look at them they slip up at home every 5 weeks or so. Rafa has them set up a bit over cautious and it sometimes plays into a teams hands if they can nick a goal, away they counter attack with great effect and it suits them better. They'll steamroll us down here.

Coyle out.

Pasha was responsible for appointing both Lambert and Coyle as far as I'm aware so he did make one great appointment we were all delighted with at the time. No-one could have predicted that Lambert would perform so poorly here, nor of course did we know at the time he was going into it half heartedly with a break clause inserted which he subsequently activated.

I passed the opinion this time 12 months ago that it seemed as though there had been a distinct change in attitude by the V's after we played ourselves out of any faint hope of play off contention over the Christmas period. Since then the modus operandi seems to have been to not allow the Club to go under to avoid embarrassment back home but spend as little as possible in keeping the doors open, and sell anything that moves to recoup as much of the annual deficit as possible. On that basis they may be reluctant to pot Coyle and be lumbered with yet another payoff but I think it's clear on purely footballing grounds he needs to go to give us a chance of survival which is still eminently doable under a decent manager if they act promptly.

What's pashas agenda.. The double agent

The player's have been downgraded year on year the defense yesterday was a shambles up front we weren't much better

Oh and if anyone thinks apointing McLeish it'd get better it won't it'll just delay the inevitable whilst a few more parasites make another slice of the cake..

At least Dunn must know how bad Lowe is and seems to be doing a decent job with Johnson in the u21s.

I wouldn't be so sure about that.

I went to a refereeing forum at Blackburn library theatre three or four years ago with Dunny as a member of the panel. The Jason Lowe 'conundrum' was raised and Dunny, to my immense surprise was fulsome in his praise of young Jason and predicted an international future for him. In the next breath he compared Lowe's contribution favourably to that of Rochina who he clearly had no regard for.

I was hugely disappointed in Dunny at the time and the passing years have only consolidated that disappointment.

I loved him as a player but Dunny as a manager? No thanks.
