Why would he be called to Ewood, far easier to meet him at the training ground? The only way he'll be fired is if they have someone lined up to take over, as in the case of Lambert's appointment.

TBH I have had the feeling that they would give him the bullet in time for the Utd game...but it is a bit like going to war with Bush and Blair. Do they even have a plan for what to do after dropping the bomb?
