Five goals, zero quality on either aside, save that first goal from Preston. What a waste of 96 minutes.

If I was a Preston fan I would not be encouraged by that kind of performance against a team as bad as us. We have a handful of decent players in Mulgrew, Graham, Emnes and Conway, but they are surrounded by some real dross and being managed by Owen Coyle. Escaping relegation this season would be one hell of an achievement considering the huge handicap we have in the form of our owners, manager and overall squad.

Feeney and Lowe are perfect symbols of the club's decline. For one to be captain and the other a regular first teamer is enough to show anybody why we are where we are.
