chaddyrovers Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 He really doesn't like Bennett does he? Strange how him and now Guthrie who was brilliant in the Newcastle game are left out! Must be the wages I expect Bennett to leave in January. Ipswich or Wolves for me. who is lewis travis Young defender who can in any position in the back 4
Al Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Nyambe, Akpan and Feeney start! We have no chance. Coyle is an imbecile.
Dunnfc Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Why do we keep playing nyambe nowhere near good enough or ready yet
chaddyrovers Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Nyambe, Akpan and Feeney start! We have no chance. Coyle is an imbecile. Nyambe did well at Barnsley actually Al. Need to start playing these young players
punerover Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 BEEB "Owen Coyle will no doubt be impressed with the resilience his Rovers side has shown so far." I can alreay visualize coyle saying "Our defense was resolute, Until we conceaded the first goal"
perthblue02 Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Any adverse weather conditions that could pop up with a goal like at Barnsley, that Keoyle will be blaming?
Al Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Nyambe did well at Barnsley actually Al. Need to start playing these young players I can only go on what I have seen and he is nowhere near ready. If we play raw youngsters we will carry on losing every match. Coyle needs the sack before relegation becomes a certainly.
Backroom DE. Posted December 31, 2016 Backroom Posted December 31, 2016 I can only go on what I have seen and he is nowhere near ready. If we play raw youngsters we will carry on losing every match. Coyle needs the sack before relegation becomes a certainly. Agreed. Our academy doesn't have a particularly good recent record of producing decent footballers. Lenihan is the best of the recent lot, and he still has a long way to go himself. If we start fielding the youngsters we may as well forfeit the rest of the season.
Mercer Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 According to BBC, 76% possession to Town with six shots - we haven't registered a shot yet. Looks set up for a nice smash and grab. Get to half time scoreless and tempted to see what odds on a surprise Rovers' win.
Backroom Tom Posted December 31, 2016 Backroom Posted December 31, 2016 Got to agree Mercer think it's set up for a scabby win and a few more months of Coyle
G Somerset Rover Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Got to agree Mercer think it's set up for a scabby win and a few more months of CoyleHe will Lord it up big time over the fans if we did win today. Can't see it though.
Ricky Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Jeff Stelling just described it as very very one sided
Mercer Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Steele making some good saved already That's what he's there for. Can presently get just over 5's on Rovers' win.
Mercer Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Jeff Stelling just described it as very very one sided You must score when on top. Longer this goes without Town scoring....... How our, IMV, unfit squad will manage two games in three days against good opposition does concern me though.
Stuart Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Jeff Stelling just described it as very very one sided Bizarre exchange that. He put to Paul Walsh that Rovers were on top and Walsh said well you've just seen that chance but not really. Huddersfield have been camped in the Blackburn half.
G Somerset Rover Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Sounds like men vs boys. They'll score eventually.
chor808 Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Totally one sided. Terrible finishing from hudds absolute nothing from us. Could be 4 or 5 nil Some bald bloke running midfield for them, Feeny need to be removed. Smash and grab?
chaddyrovers Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Kevin Gallagher on BBC Radio Lancs saying we have defended very well and alot better than previous performance.
