It does seem beyond strange that after 6 years with no Director of Football and leaving the manager out on a limb to deal directly with the owners, that all of a sudden they have decided that they are going to go with a Football Director structure. Why the sudden change of heart? Why suddenly interested in changing the football department after 6 years of doing nothing?

Perhaps it is a Pasha idea to reduce his workload?

I've no problem with a D of F/Head Coach structure so long as it is done properly. Loads of other clubs have developed it and it has worked for them - Watford, Spurs, WBA, Southampton, Sheffield Wednesday - my only concern is how much authority Senior actually has and how qualified actually is he to be running the show?

I think at this club in particular, the less involvement the manager has with the owners the better. I don't want our manager wasting his time attempting to contact India or having to fly out there to speak to the owners. If someone like Senior can waste his time doing that instead whilst the manager concentrates on his job at Brockhall then no problem.

I think that Balaji just says that to anyone and everyone then next time you want to speak to your new friend he has disappeared so you've only got friends of your friend who promise to pass on your questions but never dare do it. Then after a while new friend remembers he owns a club, has a quick glance, listens to his adviser pals then decides neither you or the club are actually his friend after all.

I'd like to see for the good of British football ....a player linked with his agencies, the name and agent in particular with commission fees attached for everyone to see so that the ones who don't offer any value or deemed not to be good enough for British football and the game in general can be phased out of the game completely.

So far agents seem to be hidden from public view so let's get it out in the open for the supporters to digest how their football industry is operating and how much value they give to the game of football in Britain.

It doesn't help either when agents also have a big influence in the media.

Not just players but managers too. I seem to recall big Sam saying getting in with agencies and taking the cuts of players and ways round 3rd parties. 

It's not just rovers affected by this. Anyone care to guess who represents Mowbray?

Early days but I have taken to Mowbray and and hope he succeeds  for his sake but mainly for ours.

Well to be fair in six years you've not moved an inch on any of your current standing so I'm not surprised in the slightest to see such strange comments like this.

Personally I'd be especially concerned at any agent links under this corrupt regime especially when you take in the quoted below;

Matt stated although a Player Liaison officer gets an okay wage, it’s certainly not a footballers wage and £500.00 a week tax free, is not something to turn your nose up at, especially as you are trying to keep your job. Matt accepted to the proposal

 

Matt’s third claim :

 

Steve Kean, became very reliant on him, as he liked a drink. He would call him at all hours, especially in the early hours of the morning to pick him up, from wherever he had been drinking, as Matt was now becoming more of Kean’s PA, for this additional money, which was paid weekly as Steve Kean said it would be. This included late nights at Ewood after first team fixtures.

 

Matt’s fourth Claim:

 

Matt would always be present when Anderson, Huber and Indoo Sella da Monteluce were present for meetings at the Training ground and random, places around the North-West. Matt made it very clear, that is was beyond any reason able doubt, who was in charge at Ewood and it certainly was not the board of Directors. All transfers, third party ownerships, payments were discussed in these meetings, and he was privy to the lot, including current player negotiations, which were being managed by the before mentioned, despite them having their own agents. Hocking was very much the training ground Mr Fix-it as he was used as the go between to try and tie current players into contracts which had Anderson’s associates fingers all over them, whilst escorting players and agents of players who were very much part of third party ownership around the training ground and local houses, he used Formica as an example of this.

I didn't realise that not knowing who Matt is means I cannot discuss any rovers topic. Is that in the message board guidelines?
