gumboots Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 We left at about 5 to 3 and quite a lot of others were drifting away at that point. We had marched and protested outside the players entrance and at the JW statue. We then moved to the players entrance again but at that point we, and I suspect others, decided to leave. There were certainly way more than 100 earlier

Neal Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 We left at about 5 to 3 and quite a lot of others were drifting away at that point. We had marched and protested outside the players entrance and at the JW statue. We then moved to the players entrance again but at that point we, and I suspect others, decided to leave. There were certainly way more than 100 earlier There are numerous videos on twitter that show numbers that are probably well over 500.
chaddyrovers Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 I felt Blackpool players show us far too much respect first half. Look better with 10 men. They were without their best 2 players in Vassell and Potts
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 What a disgrace Laughing all the way to the bank How long for though ? It's like getting a job playing in the band on the " Titanic ".
davulsukur Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 I'm sure I heard Bowyer say "I care about The Rovers, you just don't give a f**k!' Genuinely?
47er Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Now Wolves have beaten Liverpool hope they fork out the dosh for Marshall Not bad that Lambert!
Hasta Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 3 wins and we may well be in the UEFA cup next season. :-)
Dunnfc Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 3 wins and we may well be in the UEFA cup next season. :-) First Overseas protest?
alcd Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Co commentator Mark Atkins - We trained harder than Rovers are having to play this game. Commentator - Rovers could be playing in dinner jackets, they're not being troubled at all. Seems the seasiders are pretty lifeless. The huge crowd must be putting them off. No it's par for a Bowyer team
frosty Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 I felt Blackpool players show us far too much respect first half. Look better with 10 men. Bowyer only having a go when there's nothing to lose? Never!
alcd Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Hopefully its as easy as that in League 1 next season, might of a bet on us reaching play offs Except that next season the squad will have been downgraded to something even more cut-price. Bennett will seem like Messi compared to the rubbish that will be brought in
JBiz Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 3 wins and we may well be in the UEFA cup next season. :-) 13 months till champions league in league 1?
47er Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Seemed full in JW lower. Couldn't see top tier. Disgraceful that some seem to be disappointed the gate may have been a bit better than expected but that's where we're at these days seemingly. Troll.
Colt Seavers Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 If Erica Roe did an Ewood special on matchday Rovers Player would miss tit Not sure I would wish to see Ms Roe repeat that performance all these years later. Pendulous!
blue kiwi Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 im very suprised by the gate i thought below 5k was nailed on.happen living 7k miles from blackburn i believe what i read on this site, great were in the next round of the cup,i always want rovers to win, neal said he wanted a draw so he could protest again with the seasiders, well i for one hope a joint protest never happens again.why you may ask,the reason being that if it never happens again one of the clubs have got rid of the owners. i would ask fans who went on the game today and still want venkys out, what form of protest should tne next one be,because i for one was very dissapointed in todays protest,i honestly think if the game was not a so called boycott, the gate would have been far less,or maybe Gary has more fans wanting to say good bye.
bob fleming Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Seen this type of comment over and over... These people refusing to join protests because of comments on a messageboard... What's betting these people were actually going to protest in the first place? For your information Neal, I marched. Comments noted.
Amo Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Troll. Rev must be heartbroken that his pal Lambert won at Anfield. Not so quick with the smarmy remarks now, is he?
Parsonblue Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Rev must be heartbroken that his pal Lambert won at Anfield. Not so quick with the smarmy remarks now, is he? Rovers through to the fifth round, Rev, like all Rovers supporters will be delighted tonight.
Neal Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 For your information Neal, I marched. Comments noted. Well done Bob.
Amo Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Rovers through to the fifth round, Rev, like all Rovers supporters will be delighted tonight. Who are you, his spokesman? Please don't talk to me. I have absolutely zero interest in your simpering platitudes.
Neal Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Was that sarcasm Neal? Course not, everyone who protests deserves to be commended in my view.
Parsonblue Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Who are you, his spokesman? Please don't talk to me. I have absolutely zero interest in your simpering platitudes. Clearly you are desperately unhappy that we won unlike those of us who enjoyed seeing our team reach the last 16 of the Cup. Not something that happens every year so certainly something to celebrate in these tough times.
