We left at about 5 to 3 and quite a lot of others were drifting away at that point. We had marched and protested outside the players entrance and at the JW statue. We then moved to the players entrance again but at that point we, and I suspect others, decided to leave. There were certainly way more than 100 earlier

There are numerous videos on twitter that show numbers that are probably well over 500.

Co commentator Mark Atkins - We trained harder than Rovers are having to play this game.

Commentator - Rovers could be playing in dinner jackets, they're not being troubled at all.

Seems the seasiders are pretty lifeless. The huge crowd must be putting them off.

No it's par for a Bowyer team

Hopefully its as easy as that in League 1 next season, might of a bet on us reaching play offs

Except that next season the squad will have been downgraded to something even more cut-price. Bennett will seem like Messi compared to the rubbish that will be brought in

im very suprised by the gate i thought below 5k was nailed on.happen living 7k miles from blackburn i believe what i read on this site, great were in the next round of the cup,i always want rovers to win, neal said he wanted a draw so he could protest again with the seasiders, well i for one hope a joint protest never happens again.why you may ask,the reason being that if it never happens again one of the clubs have got rid of the owners.

i would ask fans who went on the game today and still want venkys out, what form of protest should tne next one be,because i for one was very dissapointed in todays protest,i honestly think if the game was not a so called boycott, the gate would have been far less,or maybe Gary has more fans wanting to say good bye.

Seen this type of comment over and over... These people refusing to join protests because of comments on a messageboard... What's betting these people were actually going to protest in the first place?

For your information Neal, I marched.

Rovers through to the fifth round, Rev, like all Rovers supporters will be delighted tonight.

Who are you, his spokesman?

Please don't talk to me. I have absolutely zero interest in your simpering platitudes.

Clearly you are desperately unhappy that we won unlike those of us who enjoyed seeing our team reach the last 16 of the Cup. Not something that happens every year so certainly something to celebrate in these tough times.
