Husky Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Man Ure at home! Jesus! There'll be more plastic Preston 'fans' there than Rovers.

jim mk2 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Coyle v Mourinho. Who will win the battle of the managerial giants?

SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Every glory hunting two hat in Lancashire will be begging for a ticket. SOD OFF!
chaddyrovers Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Really looking forward to this game now.

MarkBRFC Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 It'll be on the Sunday as they play in the Europa League on the previous Thursday, and again on the following Wednesday.
eddy11d Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Perfect chance for a protest in the ground? Boycotting this is pointless as it will sell out either way...

Would seem like the best idea but I can understand why the people who boycott would be against this. Brilliant chance to put the protests in the news again, at least for a day anyway. Will be on television and a massive audience watching.
Backroom Tom Posted January 30, 2017 Backroom Posted January 30, 2017 We may break the TV streak. There's been some noise about them always being on TV and two non league teams are guaranteed to be on.
perthblue02 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 In the rehersal for the draw Rovers got Sutton at Home and Lincoln got Chelsea away https://twitter.com/5liveSport/status/826140753785192449
Dunnfc Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Really would love to go as I never miss this game nor does my Burnley (Man utd) best mate. But I will this year. Not a penny more. Happy to protest outside though.
Jock Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 The World will be watching. Its now or never to embarrass the FA Venky's and Coar.

The possibilities are endless, but they must all involve being on the pitch and bringing the match to a halt.

I think we've got to be pragmatic here, banners, chants etc. will have so much more of an impact than the home end being full of mancs trying to be quiet. Especially when there'll likely be millions watching in India alone.

Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 It's been a while since I posted, can't go back whilst my boycott remains, even for this, as it's not the opposition that is the attraction for me, but my team. Will await the protest ideas though.

The TV audience in Asia including India will be enormous. It may be years before such a chance to embarrass the Vs comes again......

But THAT would change my mind (I'd book a weekend flight back!!!) Chicken skin underclothes and on the pitch.
