Parsonblue Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 Both games at Elland Road this season were close affairs. However, since then Leeds have improved and we have stagnated. I'd happily take a point but I suspect we might be in for a defeat which will make Saturday's game a win at all costs affair.

Al Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 I never go down expecting a win these days so when we do it makes for a good day.
Hi Mack Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 0-2 Wood both. Tonight will just show the difference between 2 clubs with awful owners but what difference a decent manger makes.

Oldgregg86 Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 Leeds take early lead. Graham equalises between 40-60 mins with a header. Chris wood scores Leeds winner on 86th minute inside 6 yard box. Rover's go in to a chorus of boos. Cue coyle we played some good stuff, will take time for new lads to bed in, losing Marshall was a big blow, CNT fault there effort, ref made some poor decisions but plenty of positives to take into the next game.
Fraserkirky Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 Would like to see 3-4-3 --------------Steele----------------- ---- Lenihan Greer Mulgrew---- Mahoney Evans Akpan Conway ----------------Emnes---------------- --------Gallacher---- Joao---------

I don't think we can be in the business of being happy just to take a point right now Parson.

A week and a bit is no time to recover from a recurrent groin injury. Play him tonight and we could lose him for six weeks+. I think it's clear Evans needs surgery and I'm staggered our medical team didn't address this issue months ago.
eddy11d Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 ...................Raya Nyambe Greer Mulgrew Williams Mahoney Guthrie Akpan Gallagher ...................Bennett ...................Graham

Neither do I it has come to the time where we need wins and to close the gap forming above us. Win at home and a point away is what we should be aiming for, from now on in.
AggyBlue Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 I'll turn up but I've given up hope for this season. Don't care who is in the team. Don't care what the score is.

chaddyrovers Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 Team news - Two changes for #Rovers as Liam Feeney and Charlie Mulgrew come in for Craig Conway and Hope Akpan.
skous18 Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 ................Steele Lowe Greer Brown Williams Mahoney Guthrie Lenihan Conway ...........Gallagher Graham 1-3 Leeds p.s. I was not even close. lol

Irishrover213 Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 All Leeds attacks to come down rightside Lowe & feeney to be targeted. Hoping for rovers win. At least mulgrew back in should help stabilise the central of the park Come on rovers
skous18 Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 i d have played every single guy who is on our bench today.. apart from that joao guy, dont know a thing about him
Backroom Tom Posted February 1, 2017 Backroom Posted February 1, 2017 Changed my mind we are going to win 3-0 on one of those rare nights where things just click and fall into place, the euphoria won't last though there's always a few of those results in a relegation season
philipl Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 I am sure Coyle tinkers with the line-ups deliberately to weaken the team's cohesion. There is no other logical explanation for his selections. Probably a significant step closer to relegation by ten o-clock.

He told the truth and the club took exception to it. He has hardly had a look in since and Mr £2k per week announced he could leave the club.
